American Deli — Restaurant in Conyers

I really wish all American Deli's were created equal. The last two times I've gone, I ordered the chicken philly with lettuce (I love the chicken philly in Grayson). The presentation with this compared to the one in Grayson were completely different. They should really just get a bag of shredded lettuce to avoid giving the hard pieces. There were a lot of chicken on my sandwiches, but both times, the chicken had the same bland taste. The fries were overcooked both times as well. My husband didn't have any complaints on his philly and he loves the lemonade. The staff isn't really pleasant but it is a bunch of kids, so I've gotten use to being treated as I'm inconveniencing them when I'm ordering food where they work. Tables were a little sticky and it does get packed in there while you wait for your food so there is a constant game of musical chairs as people move around because unless you are in there you won't know when they call...

I called in my order asked for all flats they said they couldn’t do it also while Im on the phone the girl answers the phone very rude and all I hear is her joking around with her coworker. I come in to pick it up this lady in front of me is ordering and ask for all flats they give it to her so when it’s my turn I asked why they were able to do it for her but not for me they look at each other and say they don’t know what I’m talking about. I get my order my extra blue cheese I paid for isn’t in there I also asked for lemon pepper sprinkle on my wings it didn’t have it either. The nice lady who did give me the food talks to me in Spanish and says all those girls do is play around and don’t do their job and cover for each other I’m very very unhappy with how I was treated They didn’t even try and fix it or nothing It was the two girls shift ended cause they walked out with me and laughed the whole way...

I waited extra long for my order while others coming in after me got their orders. When I finally inquired, she told me just a moment. About 5-6 minutes later, she announced it was on the counter trying to insinuate she called, and it was my fault. She never called my number. After getting home and opening my 10 piece wings, imagine my surprise to see I was short 1 wing! Received 9 not ten!!! Not good considering the price and a long wait too. My intention was to go back the next day and ask for my wing, but I couldn't find my receipt, So I just let it go. Don't think I'll be back there again. You should do more than look at your food like I did. Now we have to count! They were tasty, so I gave 2. Otherwise...
