I hate leaving bad reviews... butttttttttttttt
Worse place to get my phone fixed. They charged me $215 to fix my Gallaxy note 20 screen and back case (which had been working cracked for almost 8months smh) and when I got the phone back the back casing wasnt even stsyong on, they sent me out the store with tap on it n said wait a few hours HUH!!!!!??!?!? THEN I went to charge and charger port no longer worked. When i went back up there, I had to wait an hour and a half for them to come back, because they closed early (they tried to make me wait until the next day UMMM NO!) Then the nextish day the screen started to glich... it was just doing random things all on its on and the light sensor would turn my screen DARK in bright light. I recorded it took it back and told them they tried to say a little bitttttttttty line in the top of the screen may be the issue... and wouldn't fix it, claiming I damaged the phone. And they would have to check with the place they received the screen from in order to fix it... like what I spent $215 bucks TO FIX MY PHONE and it's been worse since.Needless to say I left without it fixed and same issues. He asked me to send the video so he could send it to whomever, I did never heard anything back. I couldnt put a case on it because i could barely see the screen because of the sensor anddddd it kept glitching so I had to keep taking it off and putting it back on. So maybe 2 days later my phone actually fell on a rock and the screen cracked, so I knew it was over then they weren't going to fix anything smh. Meanwhile the sensor still doesn't work, the back is still falling off, and my screen still glitches... worse money I ever spent!!!! To bad I can't add video or pictures to show smh. Wish I had read somw of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. A buddy told me about this place so I went. They fixed my screen and we're very nice about it. Because it was $375 to fix a Samsung s23 Ultra screen. then upon inspection later on that day I found out that they touched my camera lens and there was a smudge on my camera lens so whenever I took pictures they came out cloudy. I use my camera every day toI use my camera every day to to take pictures of my job and if they come out looking like they did my would be in trouble. later that day I take my phone up there and let them know that there is smudges on the lens on the inside after they took the back off to repair it. it was about 5:00 p.m. around that time and they close at 6:00 so I said I will be back tomorrow to get it checked out. The lady said sure we will talk about it tomorrow . Then the next day comes I got a little attitude from the nice lady that was there I can tell she was a little frustrated with me because I was bringing back the product to that her company was supposed to be fixing. Long story short they took the back off and changed it out and tried to charge me $65 for something that they did we kind of went back and forth over the price and she did end up giving it to me for free but now my S Pen does not work on my s23 Ultra and I am kind of hesitant to take it up there because of the attitude but I do need my phone fixed because I use every aspect of my phone every day for work including the S Pen upon posting this review I have not gone back yet but I will do an edit review after I see...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere's a reason this place have 3.9 stars so listen to them! I came here to get my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra fixed on October 3rd. The only pros are that they had good customer service and we're quick when it came to fixing it. But the CONS are that they replaced my phone screen with a much cheaper and fragile screen. Samsung galaxies are known for their screens durability but this screen was so cheap that cracks started to show up after a few days of getting it fixed! There were cracks from small drops and even some where I didn't even know where they came from! What's crazy is I knew it was a bad screen right away because the bezels were HUGE (if you look up the s20 you'll see that they were originally so small it's barley there) and when I pointed it out to the lady, she just said it was the "update"... Yup! She tried to convince me that the change in the border of the frame on the phone was part of the UPDATEš I'm willing to give a little room for grace and say I understand that Samsung mobile screens are hard to replace. But at the same time, if you're going to charge me $294.25 to repair a high end device, you should use quality materials and be honest with your customers. Cutting corners with cheaper materials is unacceptable, especially when the customers are paying premium prices. Because they did that, my phone is now worst...
