Buying my furniture was never the problem. They are super friendly and have a great selection. It started when I went to pick up my recliner. I called two hours prior to picking up my recliner to make sure it was at the store and moved over from their warehouse. My husband arrives and informs me that they have not done so and the option is to wait for when they have time to move it over or take the floor model. Took the floor model because we didnāt have time to go back at another time or wait.
Fast forward 3 months after purchase and the chair is now ripping where the seat is. I called and they tell me to email picture of tags and of rip. I did that on sept 30,2021. They told me they had to forward the email to the manufacturer to see if they were going to fix it. Ok, so I wait. A month went by, never received a call. Called to check in and they say that it takes time and they still havenāt heard anything. Ok, no worries, things happen. Another month. I call again. I talk to Zach. He tell me he has to look up the email of pictures that I sent and that he will give me a call back when he looks it up. Calls me back and said they have to order parts. Um, why has it taken two months to order parts?!? But alas, I just say, Ok no worries. That was beginning of November 2021. This happens three more times.
Fast forward to Feb 1. 2022. Still waiting. Rip in chair is now large. Will it ever be fixed? For a $500 recliner I would have hoped to have been able to leave a great review but instead Iām left with a ripped chair and disappointment. So buyer beware when something break, youāll have to wait 6 months or longer to...

When they deliver the couch was told there was one piece missing, a armless chair piece and should be in within a week. A week goes by with no communication my husband calls and is told someone will call him back after they speak to the warehouse to see when it will be delivered. No calls for another couple days. Husband calls back and told it would be delivered May 9 which is a Sunday and Motherās Day . Went today to confirm it would be delivered tomorrow and was told that we could go pick it up at their warehouse and someone would follow us over to load it. Got home and seen that this āin-stockā piece is not even put together! I will never do business with such a shady company again! You pay $2069 for a āin-stockā sectional couch and delivery and missing 1/3 and no communication and to put together furniture the day before Motherās Day is not my idea on how to run a successful business! I feel lied to and misled by the āin-stockā tag on the couch(I have pictures of the tag on the couch...

I was then told orders were on 8-12 weeks. Not what I was told. I was then told on that same conversation they will call to have it moved up which was around Nov 10,2020. Called the store again closer to that date to be told that everything was in except the ottoman, but they go ahead and deliver everything else. That conversation happened on Nov 04,2020. I was told then, that they will deliver it on Nov 14th. The morning of the 14th, today, I was told the delivery list we were on was "lost" and someone created a new one. Now the trucks are loaded with the new list. They were going to push us off until Wednesday. I told them I will be up there today to get my furniture and to refund my delivery fee. About 30 mins later I get another call from them saying ALL MY STUFF WASN'T IN!!!!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never be back...
