I recently had the pleasure of visiting B Long Pilates studio in Coronado, and it’s truly a breath of fresh air. The studio offers views of the Hotel Del! Whether you're in the middle of a session or simply catching your breath, the beauty of Coronado feels like the perfect backdrop for a moment of relaxation and renewal.

The instructors are both kind and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and at ease, no matter your skill level. They take time to guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form while offering thoughtful encouragement along the way.

Even the walk to the studio is a treat in itself! Strolling through the charming streets of Coronado, with the sun shining and the breeze from the bay, makes the whole experience feel like a little getaway. Highly recommend giving this...

b∙ long is my happy place!! I started going to the studio 10 months before my wedding and am completely blown away by how strong I feel. The studio and the instructors are so welcoming. I always feel challenged and the instructors are always so creative and fun with their classes. The Coronado location is absolutely stunning, it never gets old looking out the window and seeing the beautiful Hotel Del. The owner, Liz, is so sweet and has really created the most amazing community. From client appreciation days with vendors, to sweet notes left for you after class, to member challenges - there are always exciting new things to look forward to at the studio. 10/10 recommend b∙ long & so excited they are expanding...

I checked out this studio this morning. Visiting from Arizona, and have taken a lot of reformer classes, and as this is more of a LaGree/IMX style class, it definitely encompassed a full body stretch and full body movement experience. I’m sure I’ll be sore in a good way! Kelsey is an excellent instructor , with very clear and concise cues, the class flows seamlessly, and all levels , ages and abilities are represented. Details like a thank you card to new clients is a big plus- nice touch! Kudos to everyone and the owner of this studio. :) I’ll definitely be back on my next...
