Hanaya Poke SPID — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Once again I hate writing reviews like this. But seeing as I am in the area checking out new locations across from work I thought I would give this place a try with my co-worker.

Seeing as it is was the first time eating here I had yet another slightly unsatisfying experience. My co-worker has been here before and was raving about it. So we tried it out. But the woman behind the counter was very quick and rude to my friend. She acted as if my coworker knew how to order by speaking to her like she knew the steps to make the bowl. Very sterile very quick and very inconsiderate. Having worked with food in management before the approach she used was as if we knew the EXACT way to build her product and began to become frustrated with my friend when she needed time. There wasn't a line at that time and she didn't need to rush her. I could very loudly here the co-workers in the back joking and gossiping. When it was my turn I let the woman know it was my first time. So her approach became slightly different. And she became respectful when I used manners in return. We had an okay meal. And became full. I like the product design of the cup. An interesting take on a poke bowl and meal. If you like healthy you can come try it out. Just let the person behind the counter know or ask questions. If you don't like raw fish or meat this is not the place for you. You can build and customize your sushi or your poke bowl. Kinda pricey for my tastes tbh. Tables were kinda messy. This place was packed and is designed for quick in and...

The employees here are rude every single time I go. I went tonight at 8:20pm. 40 minutes before closing. They were rushing to clean at this time and packing things up. They acted like I was a burden for coming in forty (40) minutes before closing! Its laughable! She gave me the least amount she can possibly give with every scoop and didn't even let me finish saying what I wanted for mix ins. She put the food in a bag and didn't ask me if it was to go (she just expected me to leave). I will find another place to eat after class for now on. I know someone who works at the other hanya poke and I know y'all get a lot in tips. You don't cook the food. You are not waitresses. You get pretty good money there and I don't know why y'all are always upset. I have to go to school and work too! Maybe I want a nice meal without attitude. By the way, they are STILL open as...

Loved this place the ingredients are fresh and we'll seasoned. You have everything you need to make an amazing poke bowl. This was my first time so I had no idea what to get . It's not like they have poke bowl 1 or 2 or 3.

I tried telling them I just want what you have in the menu picture but that did not happen so I got a little bit of everything with hana rice and kale noodles it came out amazing.

These are cold plates so don't expect something like a pho.

Also be careful with the spicy tuna and spicy crab salad get just one because they are not kidding they really are spicy. Pica Pica. The mango and the mandarins helped with the spicy food.
