I never thought I'd be giving Chick-fil-a a bad review. However, today I had an unfortunate experience at this store. My cousin and I went through the drive-thru and ordered four meals during lunch time. I usually check my bag at the window but because there was such a long line I decided to park to the side and check it. They had given us our four drink but we noticed one of the meals was missing. My cousin went inside with the receipt and the manager asked her to grab the bag of food from the car. I decided to get off the car at that point and the manager started going through all the bags. He rudely said "I know I placed the 6 piece and medium fry in the bag. I personally put them in the bag myself". I was in shock at what he had said. He embarrassed us in front of other customers, implying that we were lying. I calmly asked him if he would like to check my car. I don't understand why we would waste our lunch time to park, get off the car and lie about a missing meal we paid for. He finally decided to grab the 6 piece and medium fry for us and TOSSED the bag in front of us and walked away. He did not apologize for the inconvenience or say anything to us. He just turned around and walked away after tossing the bag at us. One of the workers informed me his name was Justin. Sadly, this Chick-fil-a will definitely not be recieving my business anymore. I am more disappointed that the behavior was from a manager. Moving forward I'll stick with the original store on Everhart.
Consider the one star for the food. The food is always great from Chick-fil-A. It is my go to fast food all the time. If I could give zero stars for the customer service...
Read moreI ordered food for my family. Took like 40minutes to get notification that food was delivered. Finally i go to my door ... NO FOOD. called up the chik fil a and notified them that i was told my food was delivered and it wasnt. I spoke to a michael rios who told me that he will call driver see what happened. So he put me on hold for a few minutes then came back and told me the driver delivered my food to someone else! How this happened i dont know. He said id have to wait to get a new order sent out. At this point my family was starving i didnt want to wait another 40min! I just told him to cancel the order and return my money. He told me hed have to speak to a manager and hed let me know. He put me on hold again for like 5min then came back and said he spoke to a Brittney and that theyd try to get my refund. Try?! I DIDNT GET MY FOOD. He told me i called during peak hours and they were busy. That theyd try to process it but itd take some time because Brittney had to call isabel to do it and i guess isabel wasnt there?
Now i have NO FOOD. a starving family and mo guarantee ill even get a refund. So i might have to go dispute the charge with my bank which really upsets me. I used to LOVE chik fil A, but like any other business that gets big, their quality has dropped significantly. My orders get messed up constantly and the food arrives cold and soggy most the time. Read moreFirst Chic-fil-A I have ever eaten that was bad. I truly believed there were no bad ones. I have eaten them all over California, Texas, Arkansas, Florida, and Alabama. This one is horrible. Food at lunch time was old. Old, at lunch time! Grilled chicken was cold to the touch. Fries were old enough to be rom temp. I was told I could not have a small fry, it had to be a med or large but I eat the same meal in Austin every week and they have no problem taking my money for that meal! My son didn't even finish his and it was his final meal with us before us leaving town after dropping him off for college. He said he would never return here and would tell his roommates at A&M CC. Even the parking lot is a complete disaster. They have the Chic-fil-A vehicles parked on the correct side and customers park on the side where the drive-thru is. So customers have to cross the drive-thru lane to get inside. SWAP THE PARKING LOTS and make the current customer parking for Chic-fil-A vehicles and overflow customers. No brainer.
