I went into Jamba last night at about 8:40pm. I know they close at 9pm and I took that into consideration and I knew I was just going to give them a big tip. I hadn’t been feeling well since Sunday, just having tummy issues every single day. It was so bad last night I went in because I wanted the fiber that was in the açaí bowl. When I went to order I said “can I order an açaí bowl?” And she responded by saying “uhhh actually no there’s only two of us working right now.” Which I totally get! However, the place seemed dead, I knew they were cleaning to get ready to close, but she made it feel like if I would have just ordered it and not made it a question then she wouldn’t have said no. Read moreI went there yesterday to pick up a few smoothies for my fiance and I. I got a strawberry wild and she got her usual, the orange dream machine. They offer samples sometimes when they make batches of smoothies. They sell merchandise with perks and discounts involved. They sell tumbler cups in which they give you a percentage disount on your smoothies. I have never left this place dissatisfied or disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and the...

I came well before the cutoff but they didn't have anymore oatmeal to make (!?) But, an employee/manager named Kamille kinda made things right by offering me a free smoothie as an apology for no more oatmeal. She also went above and beyond by personally making an additional drink free, and I ended up discovering Tropical Greens and Kaleribbean breeze. And also proceeded to tell me what's popular, the discount on mondays, and her favorites, and told me about future items. She's a keeper, Jamba Juice. I forgive you because of her. But you all need to up your oatmeal game at...
