The salesman was very helpful in finding the exact refrigerator that fit my cubby however the day before delivery I got a notification it was being delivered to the wrong address and city and afternoon numerous phone calls they were unable to give me answers. I was told to call the next day at a different store which I did and when they finally answered I was told they were one stop away. That led me to cancel important meeting minutes later and to rush to get things ready and empty out my existing refrigerator. The delivery guys were very nice however I was asked if the salesman talked to me about copper piping and I said no. They were not able to touch the copper piping and said it would be "compromised" So I was left with the decision of leaving it in the garage without being placed in the kitchen as planned or placed in the kitchen without water hookup for the ice and the water dispenser and told to call a plumber. I asked if I could do the plumbing myself in order to get it hooked up and they said yes. Long story short I had to scramble for tools and do the plumbing myself as The delivery guys watched and had zero hands on help. They left saying I no longer needed this stainless steel braided hose and that I would get refunded. I was so confused at that point I said okay. I had other contractors at the house at the time and they helped me identify the copper hose under house and asked me if I had the braided hose and I said no the guy took it away. That was very disappointing again. I ultimately called Kelly's at the place of purchase and they had no idea of what happened. I asked if I was being refunded and they said no. I explained what happened and after a fairly long discussion I really wanting that hose back but it's easier just to get refunded and I will buy it elsewhere and solve my problem. Many many things went awry but they did follow through and deliver on the date promised... Just without notification or explanation... Or heads up and what I might be facing with...
Read moreThe sales rep was awesome and the delivery installation was mostly seamless. My front door was blocked at the time but the delivery guys said they could load things through the garage door entry but would have to leave the fridge in the garage and come back later to install it. I am still waiting for my fridge after 2 weeks - there was no follow up on the rescheudling for that so I had to call multiple times and schedule it. Also, when they used my garage entry they removed my door and nicked the padding + dented the flashing on the stoop. I noticed but they said it wasn't them bc they had already reattached the door and I didn't think about it at the time. Nothing I can do now because they have you sign something in the moment saying they didn't damage anything. Also, they said the oven was installed but it had a 2 inch gap behind it from the wall. Luckily the next installation guy fixed it. Granted, all the people were nice so I'm giving 4 stars, I just wish they had more of a problem solving mentality or pointed me back to the sales rep to oversee it to completion. Read moreOur refrigerator broke and I had to buy a new one that night so my food didn't go bad. Initially I went to that big orange box store because my wife found a refrigerator she wanted and they had it on sale. When I spoke to the associate they informed me that they don't carry refrigerators in stock and they refused to sell me the floor model. One of the employees recommended going to Kelly's Appliances (which I had never heard of prior to that) after seeing me get annoyed and frustrated with the situation. I drove over to Kelly's and Matt was extremely helpful and understanding when I explained my current situation. He told me they don't generally sell the floor models but was happy to make an exception so I didn't have a fridge full of food go bad. The transaction was quick, he helped me get the fridge loaded up in my truck and I was on my way home in a jiffy. I honestly can't say anything not incredible about Kelly's Appliances and the way they take care of their customers.
