My experience at Rife's was amazing. I found the reclining loveseat of my dreams pretty much 5 seconds after I walked in and I believe the sales rep we spoke with was also the manager. He came to tell us about the loveseat and apologized for the wait, after we had only waited for him about 2 minutes. He was very polite and calm and not pushy at all like some sales people can be. He was very informative and professional. The sale was quick, and once it was done we set a delivery date. I was so excited! We bought the loveseat on a Thursday and they delivered it the following Tuesday. I was at work and I arranged for the leasing office to let the delivery people in. The window was 10am to 2pm, and they delivered it shortly after 10am. I was thrilled when I got home and saw how beautiful the loveseat is and how perfectly it fits in my space. They set it up so nicely, were respectful of my property and didn't leave a trace of dirt or footprints. The couch is everything I hoped it would be and I can't tell you how happy I am with it! It's a zero gravity leather double recliner loveseat with a center console that swivels around and I use it to eat my dinner while watching a movie or use my laptop. It has theater lights and built in massage and heated seats and is super comfortable. My wife, two kids, and I had a fantastic experience at this store. From the moment we walked in, Sarah made us feel comfortable and welcome. She even had games to keep our kids entertained, which made shopping so much easier for us.

What really stood out was that she didn’t pressure us at all. In fact, she encouraged us not to rush into a decision since we weren’t sure if the piece we liked would fit our space. That kind of honesty and patience is rare—and really appreciated.

We ended up coming back two weeks later and bought a great sectional couch at a solid price. When I ran late picking it up, Sarah went above and beyond—she stayed a few minutes after closing and even had a delivery person ready to help load it. The whole process was smooth, and the couch looks perfect in our home.

Absolutely fantastic service and great prices! We’d been to several furniture stores and hadn’t found anything in our price range, comfortable enough, something we liked, etc. We went in to Rife’s expecting the same disappointment and were happily wrong. TONS of options, all very affordable, and we ended up finding two we liked (priced for less than what one would’ve been elsewhere) so we got two! The personnel in the store were super helpful and polite, good humor, and didn’t hover and bug us like the typical salesman at the other stores trying to upsell or just make a sale.
