On went to fix my cracked phone S23 Ultra.But when I received back it looked great at that moment. But when I reached home my phone started glitching every 15 min so I've to switch off and on and phone starting heating up too. So I removed my phone case to cool it down that's when I observed he had scratched and dented my back of my phone. Next day I went again and told him everything he said he will fix my ph again.But he kept denying the scratches all over my phone(back)He blamed me saying when I dropped my phone than that must be the time I scratched it. Helllllllllooooo,I had a phone cover so its not possible to fet so many diff scratches and dent with just one fall. Now i called credit card company and disputed the charge. So the first time I ever went here I got my daughter iPhone fixed and didn’t have anymore problems, but when I went for a second time to get my daughter iPad fixed it was different man he told me price and they tried to charge me extra but I paid to get it fixed and I got the insurance they offer.After a week her iPad just stopped working so I went back today and the same man who fixed it last time was there and acted like it wasn’t him that helped me. I showed him my receipt and everything so he called someone but stepped out of his little booth that was a red flag to talk to someone after ten minutes he said they didn’t have the parts to fix her iPad and to come back in a week but they want me to pay even more than before…DO NOT EVER GO HERE OR YOU...

I had one crack in my screen protector that was put on some other place (it lasted me almost a year though); I come here and have them change it out for one of theirs.

To begin with, their screen protector made it much harder to touch and swipe on my phone. Less than a week later THEIR phone screen protector is all cracked up and when I took it to them, all they could say was give them another $27 to put a new one on + additional money for a warranty.

I told him “but it only lasted less than a week, I’ve NEVER had a screen protector crack up so soon!” To top it all off, they were also pretty rude! Don’t waste your time and...
