I normally love this store and have spent over 1000 easily here over the past couple years. However, this last trip went well as usual.....I purchased my items, spent around $250 . Anyways, the clerk accidently knocked the pricier item off the counter. $170 item. Got home and it wasn't working properly, then little broken off pieces fell from the inside of it. I was able to, after a couple weeks get s replacement from the manufacturer. I just wish the item was maybe checked before sending me on my way. Accidents happen, but I know they wouldn't take it back once it left the building so partly my fault for not saying anything, but I didn't expect it...

So this was my second experience going into an adult store #momlife We looked around and also got information and education on what we were purchasing which was amazing because I wouldn't have known half of the information on the things we were buying. I also purchased 2 pheromone perfumes which are amazing and I wear them daily now. I am so grateful for your employee, she deserves so much for going above and beyond for us. And we can't wait to come back and have the same overall great experience we recieved the first...

I have been a customer for years. I went and bought an item a few days ago. When I got home I realized that it had not been sealed when I bought it and was defective. When I went to exchange it I was told that I couldn't because there was no way to tell if I had opened it even though the stores policy is to keep things unsealed. Seems like a terrible system to me. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. I don't want to risk buying other...
