Atmosphere: 3 stars The overall atmosphere is a good one and a bit better than most regular gyms. Some of the employees are hit or miss on welcoming you to the studio. Most are more than ok with helping you find everything you need.
Class/instructors: 5 stars for top 3 instructors. 3 stars for everyone else. Really hit or miss, Iâve taken the majority of instructors and I can say without a doubt stick with Chris, Kelly, or Brittney. They are excellent. The other instructors are good but on average I burn an additional 136 calories with these three than others (source: Apple Watch tracking 50 + classes). In no way am I wanting to criticize the others but if youâre looking at getting the most calories out of every dollar you spend here I recommend the above three.
Clientele: 4 stars Really interesting clientele, friendly enough overall. Most have an in and out mentality as these are the type of people who schedule out for the week and have somewhere to be.
Price: 3 stars This for the classes alone would be 4 stars. Theyâre great the majority of the time.
In general 3 stars: For the amount that you pay here (1 class is more than most monthly gym memberships, 5 classes gets you into equinox or a month of CrossFit) you would expect everything to be near perfect. They regularly do not have someone handing out towels after class. The bathrooms while nice, could use a cleanup between classes. They have started to run out of towels for during class and for some reason havenât ordered more? When I asked I was told, âwell itâs complicated.â This may sound nit picky but for people who are regularly spending $200-$400 on classes a month (this doesnât include shakes and workout gear). You would expect everything to be taken care of.
Shake bar: 4 stars Kinda of pricey but honestly really great shakes. I use a few times a month.

tl;dr - pick your instructors carefully for the best workouts possible. Priced for a specific clientele who expects things to be seamless. Currently not a seamless experience. Fantastic workout but the other areas could...
Read moreService: 5 Stars Excellent Service. Classes are HARD, BRUTAL, and BARRY doable. HOWEVER, you feel great. I feel like I'm not as soft as I was before I started working out here. Physically and Mentally. These workouts are TOUGH, but when you finish you know you are tougher!
Staff: 5 Stars Really top notch, everyone is qualifed, knowledgable, and the place runs like a well oiled machine. Seriously the second the class is over a army of people kick into gear. Cleaning staff coming in to wipe everything down, someone standing outside the class room with chilled towels, a barrista whirling up the last shake they had to make, because they made everything ahead of time.
Atmosphere: 5 Stars Great space, cool retail items, love the polished industrial design. Bathrooms are OUT OF THIS WORLD nice for a gym. Pretty sure that hand soap cost $90.00. Really friendly staff, basically they great you as friends, work you out like you are their worst enemy, and then love you like a friend again. Its the only bi polar relationship anyone would love being in!
Price/Value: I'd recommend getting a package as you can get a better rate on classes that way. That being said, its worth every penny full price. If you dont agree your either a professional athlete who is in such good shape these workouts are easy, or you arent using the facilities to their...
Read moreHate to say it, but the thicker woman at the front desk is really not a good fit for the studio. She came across as very rude and unprofessional.
I stopped by after my Pilates class to grab a $15 smoothie (which was delicious and worth it!) and was given a kind tour by a gentleman. The smoothie maker was also very sweet. But while I was waiting, I overheard the front desk girl talking about another client, saying, âI love when customers try to tell me how to do my job.â That was uncomfortable to hear.
Later, she walked over to me and asked, âAre you waiting on an Uber or something?â I asked if the studio was closing, and she replied, âNo, we just like to take this time to reset.â I explained I was just enjoying my smoothie, and she said, âTake your time!!â â but in a tone that felt dismissive.
To add, another customer (possibly an influencer) was trying on clothes, and when the gentleman wasnât around, the same front desk girl told her she couldnât purchase a piece because âthatâs why it was in the back.â A moment later, the gentleman returned and clarified she actually could buy it.
This behavior does not align at all with the welcoming, positive, health-and-wellness vibe the studio represents. The facility is beautiful and has so much potential, but having someone at the front desk with this attitude sends the...
