3RD UPDATE: Now we've gotten 3 rent increases during COVD and they continue to claim increased utility costs. Funny how that works since there's literally nobody here in the building. Can't wait to get out of here.

Unethical owners / property managers. They chased 75% of the tenants off and are now price gouging those that remain because they know they can get away with it.
2nd Review: If I could change to no stars or negative stars I would. 2 Rent increases in 2 months and Boxer claims "operational" and "utility" related so they can legally get away with it. Building is empty for the most part, they've chased away all the tenants they had due to poor building maintenance and now are trying to punish those of us that are left. Can't wait to get out of here. I will never work with Boxer again. Read moreWas great when we first moved in. We were told no beauty shops, nail shops, etc. Welp. That changed. Have nothing against beauty and barber shops but the clientele and operators that they are leasing to are terrible. I complained for weeks when a hair stylist was moved in the space next to us. There are NO SINKS in the space. The ladies' room was right across the hall and it was nasty.. the sink was filled with hair. The obscene language of the operator, clients, loudness, people running up and down the hallway. Now recently a nail shop with terrible fumes.
Our lease is up at the end of the month. After weeks of complaining and recording the nasty and loud speech and conversations THROUGH THE WALL that's how loud they were. Boxer finally moved them to another floor.
Last month I arrived to the office to find the arm rest on a VERY EXPENSIVE office chair slit. Yes, slit. I reported it..Of course no one knew anything and there are no cameras on the floor. ( Install your own hidden ones). I learned.
The property manager was kind and offered a used replacement chair. Nice. But not nearly the quality of my damaged one.
A fellow tenant on the same floor had expensive equipment stolen. Cameras and laptop.

Read moreIn March 2023, I will be celebrating 5 years with Boxer Property here at the 1910 Downtown Dallas location. I have seen this property get better year after year. I have 2.5 more years left on my lease and I already know I will be signing at least 3 more years. We have had a few managers over the years that I have been here but Boxer Property hit the nail on the head when they hired Christian Lewis. This guy is a world class manager along with the landlord. My mother passed away in September and they have graciously worked with me when they didn't have to. I highly recommend ANYONE who wants to be in a CLASS A building to definitely check out 1910 Pacific Ave! You will not regret it. Security is great as well.
