I can’t say enough good things about Lane Florist. I live out of state and could not attend my dear friend’s baby shower. The event was on a Sunday, but that is not a typical delivery day so I requested Saturday delivery with strict instructions for the venue staff. The owner called me to let me know she would personally deliver the flowers on Sunday to ensure there were no problems. Wow! Additionally, she changed the vase to better compliment the modern venue décor. My friend sent me pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous and really made her day! This spoke volumes to me.. because it made me know that the florist wasn’t just going to deliver without the person being available. This was my first time using Lane Florist. When I asked the manager, Angela, to allow me to use the bathroom, she was rude, racist and humiliating, responding that her bathroom was not public and denied me access after having provided them with excellent service. I do not recommend that you come to a place where a person is rudely despised for being Hispanic. I invite the Hispanic community not to use the services of this flower shop.
