(This is Danny’s wife writing this by the way) Came here for my birthday per the recommendation of my tattoo artist. Let me just say; this place did not disappoint. My husband and I have added this to our list of places to come back to. First off; service was spectacular. We came in around 6:30pm and it wasn’t crowded at all and our server sat us in an area to ourselves basically. We had two servers and they were great! I really wish I would’ve gotten their names. We basically ordered a little of everything; started out with the empanadas, the grilled cheese (not a sandwich), salad, and a short rib dish. Followed by the chorizo wagyu, filet, and the rack of lamb; then finished off with the crepes with banana and dulce de leche and the flan. We also had one rum cocktail and then two fresh juices; passion fruit mango and watermelon ginger mint! There wasn’t one thing that was bad! All of it was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor profiles. The lamb was my absolute favorite and the mint jelly they served with it was a perfect compliment to the meat. The cheese appetizer was my favorite appetizer… reminded me of bread cheese… and they have this amazing honey drizzle over it. It was perfection; I could’ve easily eaten four plates of the cheese! Out of the desserts I loved the dulce de leche crepe the most. Rich and so tasty! The fresh juices…. AMAZING! Again our waiters were amazing; particularly the young fellow with the reddish hair. His recommendations were point on and he really knew the menu in and out. Atmosphere of the place is beautiful; menu has a great selection; portions are filling; price point for the quality is definitely worth it. We recently tried Nusr-et; and we both agreed it was worth the money here. There food didn’t leave an impression like this place. I really want to come back for the blood sausage and some seafood and more lamb! Definitely a great place for dinner of any occasion.

Please read to the end. I went back to this place to collect my extra tip that I had given which was a certain amount. I had already posted something on there about how the food was and stuff like that the manager or should I say the owner came and told me that he seen a review of how everything was. This is not me on here trying to find out this and that this is me on here. Trying to make sure everybody understand what is happening at this restaurant. The people that work hard I understand but the food is not what it's supposed to be. The drinks was delicious but as I said I went back to collect some money that I was supposed to be giving back but do told me that he could not give it back to me so they go back to the back and check my reviews and come back up there saying you can't have the money back unless you take your reviews down. So I took the review down and then they decide they don't want to give me the money back. So I'm just letting people know this not hatred. I'm sending out letting people know that you should not go to this restaurant unless you would just buying something to drink or a salad. Do not bother me there. It is not what it's supposed to be. It is not a real estate and if it is it is not cook correctly. Just as well as the lambs are not cook correctly. He started hollering at me whenever I ask him about how come you asked me to take my review down and then is this a bride or something? He said no. He just makes it where I might have to fire people. So this is not a good working place at all considerably. The man with fire people just because of a review you don't buy people cuz of you. You corrected so whoever owns 348 this place. This restaurant need to go and correct people on how they running. I am not afraid you can keep the money as I said you can because I know in the long run God will take care of you. Your greed. Thank you and as I said it's not a bad environment restaurant to drink to do but it it turns away. My grandson had to have a party here and it was not what you were thinking was. It was his 13th birthday. He couldn't even eat all his steak because it was not good correctly and we done been to many different steakhouse's all over Dallas. You'd be better going to the one down the street on 75 or Warsaw or Dakota or Ocean prime before you go here. The environment is just the same or better and the food is cooked correctly. Charcoal bro instead of just half cook or boil. So sorry if you think I'm being mean but you was cruel and you showed it in your face when you manipulated me into taking my post down and thinking I was going to get my money back versus start hollering at me and screaming at me and pounding on the on your counter which is where your drinks and stuff be sitting. This is not to make people feel sorry for me. This is to let people know do not order state lambs and stuff like that and taste it while you eat it. That way you know of your spirit is so is satisfied instead of your body they work as a team so you don't know what you are actually getting and that is how the owner or whoever is training them to do that is not teamwork that is getting over people and then when you come back they want to make it seem like you are doing something wrong. So whoever put a review up there and they gave you nickels and dime bags. You did not do anything. Will make them seem like...

They ruined my wife's Mother's Day... Don't get me wrong, I understand the mayhem a holiday such as Mother's Day must be for food service people, but what we suffered was unforgivable. We arrived a couple of minutes before the reservation time. We announced ourselves and we waited 20 minutes to be seated, even though we noticed they had tables available for parties of four (which was the party size we made the reservation for). Again Mother's Day mayhem. We approached the hostess and reminded her that we had a reservation, then they sat us within 5 minutes. We ordered a 1/2 order of Morcilla ($16) and the $250 Mother's Day Special, cooked medium. We waited a reasonable 15 minutes and the appetizers arrived. The polenta fries and the empanadas were great, and we thought them to be a promise of what was to come. Then, the meat came and was very rare at best but mostly UNDERCOOKED (yes, the salmon and the chicken were cooked enough to be edible... barely). We realized how badly cook the beef was cooked as we started to make cuts into the meat. Since we couldn't find anything edible, we called the manager, who was apologetic but very rude. He did offer to get another special cooked properly but we declined because we didn't have time, as we had an event we needed to attend to. After a bit of a back and forth, we agreed to pay for what we consumed up to that point, $70 worth (incl tax) as per the manager, which seems a bit excessive for 3 empanadas, one order of polenta fries, salad, potato puree, a couple of sausages and 1/2 morcilla order. Nonetheless we agreed, as we just wanted to get out of there. What almost got me out of my rails was that they tried to force upon us a gratuity of 18% on the cost of the originally ordered food ($266) by adding it to the total, which was $118!!! We complained and had the gratuity removed from the total in the check and proceeded to tip the staff (who were very nice with us) 20% of the $70 we paid for the food we consumed. A truly disastrous lunch on a day such as Mother's Day Do take your...

This was not a great experience for me. We attended a birthday dinner Saturday night and the service was not great. We had a large party and the wait staff (red headed young guy) walked around our table as if they did not want to assist. It was not until I stopped a waiter Matt, who was providing service at other tables and I was able to flag him down on his way to the kitchen, to help that our service started. Matt informed us they work as a team but it was clear the waiter assigned to our table had no intentions of providing service. Most of our order took quite a long time, which I come to expect for a large party but I felt it was excessive. They accommodated us with fries-not impressed- and waived the cost of mashed potatoes which they failed to deliver, when my meal was initially ordered. When something is amiss the manager usually comes over, it didn't happen. The misses outweighed the hits. My lamb chops were pretty good along with the free Pampas (SP?) fries. The broccolini was cold, empanadas and eggplant unseasoned and most of the steaks I saw on others plate needed A-1 sauce to eat., sausage slightly undercooked and the chimichurri sauce was full of stems and large leaves and lacked the punch I look forward to in a good chimichurri. some people didnt get the right orders items were missed it was a mess. To top it off our bill was well above $200 (that's for two people) and they tacked on a very undeserved 18% gratuity. BTW my family minimum is always 20% for good service and it goes up from there. I do want to thank Matt for his diligence in trying to salvage our experience and the bartender who kept the drinks coming timely when we were able to order.

With that I don't see the need to recommend this place to any of my clients or peers. Complete miss and since my family and I didn't feel welcomed, more like an afterthought or hinderance. I will carry my dollars elsewhere and so will the party of 12 adults served...
