Staff are overworked. Our salesperson completely missed our appointment while the staff who was showing us around had no idea about the products. This was our second appointment with them. They've been hard to reach and have never apologized for their lack of professionalism. They have a tendency to push certain brands on you without even considering your preferences. The quotes they give you tend to be much higher compared to other showrooms. The new date was was December 27. That date came and went with zero communication. We talked today (us initiating the call) with salesperson Michael Wright (who I see gave himself a five star review below!). He seems to not understand the idea of communicating updates to customers.
