Came here on a Saturday night with my husband and I’d say we had a good experience, but not a great one. Started with prosecco and Cosmo martini. The Cosmo was great and well balanced. The Prosecco isn’t something they have on their wine menu it’s something we specifically asked for, and that feels like a money grab since the menu just has champagne options even though they offer prosecco. Also our waiters “recommendations” were all the expensive items *eye roll* For apps we got the foie gras and oysters. Both really great. The oyster were fresh and from the east coast and came with some great sauces. For dinner we ordered the cacio e pepe, filet mignon, lobster Mac & cheese and Brussel sprouts. The cacio e pepe had way too much lemon. I’m not sure why you’re putting any lemon at all to begin with. For the filet, it was cooked medium rare as we had asked but they asked if we wanted it sliced and we said yes and I felt the presentation was messy. Also we paid $8 for a side of truffle butter and like omg who on earth is going to use that much butter. Charge half and give half. The lobster Mac and cheese was good. The Brussel sprouts were tasty but quite oily. The peanut butter bar for dessert was good. So all in all, it was good but there are so many steakhouses to experience in Dallas so I don’t think we’d be back.

Top tier restaurant in Dallas, in my opinion very much worth the price to visit. The value you are getting here is beyond words. I’m an adamant believer that when going for a finer dining experience the details matter. The service at Tango Room was impeccable, the fine details of how the art is arranged, how the food is paired, and how the table is cleared and reset for each course were near perfect. This alongside the drink pairings through the night really left my girlfriend and I very impressed by the end of our anniversary night. The mood is great, relaxed, and it’s like stepping into a time capsule where you can just unwind and enjoy a perfect moment together with your party. Will certainly be coming back here sooner rather than later. Thanks Adam, you were a phenomenal garçon.

Celebrated my birthday at Tango Room and honestly- what a gem. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to leave a restaurant already thinking about your next visit, but this is absolutely one of those places. The Caesar salad was a standout—the dressing was spot on. We had the Cacio e Pepe, which was good, but the duck fried rice stole the show. It was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with both the filet and the half chicken. Also, this place is a great date night spot. The ambience is classy yet cozy, with perfect lighting and music that sets the mood without being too loud. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and elevated. Already looking forward to going back.

Tango room arrived late and they were VERY accommodating which is a big plus on a Friday night!!!! Was waited by George who is very pleasant and insightful on the drink, food and just overall made the experience eating at this restaurant very much pleasant. Decor is very upscale, dim lighting, music just the right volume. I ordered a Mezcal Old Fashion which was very smooth Mezcal was not overpowered by sugar or any other additive that was put into the drink. Water was kept full the whole time. Price is reasonable given the current market for this type of upscale restaurant. The oysters were juicey and fresh paired with a Mezcal side which adds to the oyster finishing taste crisp and clean. The bar area is large and goes well with the the Speak Easy vibe. Very private restaurant with no large signage which adds to the allure of the restaurant. ALL the staff I encountered were very professional and asked if we NEEDED anything, staff will get 10 OUT OF 10. Wine menu is hand selected by the owner who seems like a wine expert given the paragraph written of wines hand selected by him (I'm not a wine person), I took a look at the wine book which was TWENTY FIVE pages long with wines hand selected ALL over the world. Which is very comforting to know that an owner takes time to hand select wines personally. Owner was present in the restaurant which also reassuring knowing that an owner will give up a Friday night to see if management is running restaurant smoothly. *Another customer service tidbit that I noticed is that workers made an effort to keep the area both on our table and around our table clean, with a electric free vacuum. Steak came out alike overcooked but staff was more than willing to bring a new one. Ribeye steak was great, medium rare with Oscar style. Hostess even brought out a free round of shots and very kind about the steak. Steak was promised promptly. The cake was chocolate with drizzle with espresso ice cream which was delicious. Three deserts were presented. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. Thanks...

This is definitely the place to come for a date night, a nice dinner, or if you are looking for a sophisticated/quiet atmosphere. Restaurant is cute, loved the atmosphere! They offer valet parking but also have plenty of self parking available.

Before I even get into the food, I want to make sure I give all of the flowers to the staff. I called to inform them I was going to be a little late to my reservation due to construction traffic and they were accommodating. Our server was amazing, went above and beyond with the hospitality. We were asked by every employee who passed our table if there was anything they could do for us. We lost track of time and didn’t realize we were still there after closing time. Not once did they rush us out, in fact they even offered to take pictures of us before we left. Service + experience top tier, 20/10

Okay, on to the food. We had the Burrata which was delicious! Everyone that recommended the tango room raved about the cacio e pepe so we ordered it. We did have to send it back due to over seasoning BUT once they brought out a new plate OMG! SOOO BOMB!!!

Our main course was heavenly, our filet was perfect and the sides where chefs kiss highly recommend the pomme purée with your steak.

We went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and although we didn’t have room for dessert, they made sure she left with a cake to enjoy at home.

I will most definitely be coming back! Especially with the staff’s attention to detail and...

Last night, my partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Tango Room in Dallas, and it was an experience I’m eager to share. Just a day before, while carrying our toddler after dinner elsewhere, we peered into Tango Room. Michael, the manager, noticed our curiosity and graciously offered us a tour. Although we couldn’t stay at that moment, his warm hospitality and the inviting ambiance of the place left a lasting impression.

Fast forward to date night the next day, thanks to a willing grandpa babysitter, we returned to Tango Room, excited and full of anticipation. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The place seamlessly blends a cozy vibe with a touch of nostalgia, making you feel at home yet in a world of its own.

Our culinary journey began with the delicious appetizers, al dente pasta, which was simply exquisite. But the highlight had to be one of the best seasoned steaks we’ve had this year - cooked to perfection. The attention to detail in every dish was evident, and the flavors were a testament to the chef’s expertise.

What truly set our experience apart was the service. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were long-time regulars. The staff’s genuine warmth and friendliness made our evening even more special.

Tango Room has not just become our new local restaurant but a place for special occasions, bringing friends, and everything in between. Its charm, exceptional food, and outstanding service have truly won us over....
