My husband and I are first time hi rise dwellers and wow did we pick the best spot! Our unit is so amazing! Floor to ceiling windows with the most incredible views of Dallas! The finish out is top notch, including stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator and the bathrooms, even more wow! A free standing porcelain tub, rain head showers, all marble enclosures, beautiful marble and granite countertops. The high ceilings are awesome and we have been able to hang all of our art and it feels so spacious! The light that is let inside is incredible due to all of the beautiful windows. The closets are all oversized which we are so grateful for coming from a large home. I cannot say enough about the unit itself. But the leasing team here is OVER THE TOP! Including Craftworks, the best coffee and tea and snacks and friendly and helpful beyond belief. If your hands are full, Caleb will jump out and open the door for you and get your elevator going for you. Now that is service! You can order coffee and breakfast ahead of time and they will have it ready for you by the time you get downstairs. And Paul and Andreas are always “Johnny on the spot” with anything! They carried our boxes away while moving in, again a lot of holding the doors and elevators open for us and just plain kind and helpful! Taylor and McKenzie and Erica are most accommodating! They are always there to answer any questions we have, and we have a lot being first time hi rise dwellers. Everything we ask for is a YES! Where else can you get that???? There are community activities all the time, free hot chocolate on National Hot Chocolate Day, sweet and treats available all the time. The workout room is awesome too. Can jump on a treadmill and have a view of the pool which is super cool. Our unit is so quiet, we think quieter than our house was. We love being so close that we are able to walk to so many restaurants. We...
Read moreUpdated - Management has accused me of being dishonest in my review. I dropped the star rating down to 1 instead of 2.
(My husband & I lived here from September 2021 - January 2024.)
Let's knock out the only positive things about living here - the location & the pool.
On to the many negatives. Management here is a disaster. Concierge is not really useful either (compared to the other luxury buildings we have lived in). Rent is extremely overpriced considering the quality of the units. Everything is cheaply constructed. Many of the appliances broke on multiple occasions (dryer, dish washer, etc.), as well as our AC. We had a leak through our bathroom ceiling as well as a leak under our kitchen sink. Maintenance told me that everything they install in these unit is very low quality and breaks constantly. Our car was broken into in the garage because the gate is constantly broken. There was no follow up regarding the police report and no effort to compensate residences or discount rent. Security guards play games on their computer at the front desk so it is not surprising that this happened. The package system also sucks. Thankfully, they are no longer using fetch but you are likely to have packages stolen off your front door now. This happened to us and Cindy did not do anything about it. The concierge does not closely monitor or accompany delivery drivers in/out of the building so anyone could have taken it.
And after all of that, they have the audacity to try to charge me for new carpet because of furniture impressions after we moved out. What a joke. I will spend thousands in legal fees before I will give them another cent.
All in all this building charges luxury prices, but is NOT a luxury building. Lipstick on a pig is the best way to...
Read moreThis is by far the worst “luxury” apartment ever. The walls are so paper thin I can hear my neighbors having a conversation in the room next door. And don’t even try to watch TV, because you’ll hear it playing from 3 rooms down. And all night I can’t sleep because the planes flying overhead literally sound like I’m sleeping on the plane runway.
Not only that, the apartment itself is so poorly built. We have had to have a maintenance request on just about every item in the apartment, and even then, the maintenance people still did not fix most of it. From the water being contaminated, the AC going out, the trash can drawer breaking, the ceiling fan not working, even the door handles have broke. Everything in the apartment is poorly built. Even the kitchen cabinets are crooked.
If the apartment itself wasn’t enough problems, every single one of the staff members is so rude and standoffish. They literally just don’t care.
All of these major problems, yet the rent here is so incredibly expensive. It’s such a ripoff to pay luxury prices and get the worst apartment complex ever!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can’t wait until my lease ends so that I can move out of this...
