I was extremely distressed and very disappointed at the rude and disrespectful attitude and behavior of the two females that were working in your store tonight. My granddaughter was standing at the door at exactly 8 pm on my watch and 7:59 on my car clock. She knocked on the doors and neither clerk looked up or responded in anyway. We had looked up Pandora store hours on the app before we left our home at 7:45 (a 10 minute drive). It clearly said ācloses at 9 PM. Updated 2 weeks ago.ā She showed this through the door to the blonde worker wearing black top and pants who promptly made a gesture across her neck to tell her to stop. I am 77 years old ā birthday todayā and I got out of my car because I was so upset at the way they were treating her. I then went to the door and asked one of them to come to door to speak to me so I could show them the app and what it said. Again, the blonde keep making this ridiculous gesture and refused to come to door. She was making fun of us to the customers who were inside ā looked like four or more. All were laughing quite hard. She told us that she was going to call the police. At which point I said āplease do, if you donāt I willā My granddaughter was quite upset and anxious by now so we decided to leave. I was most offended by the lack of professionalism and the nastiness and rudeness they showed. I asked them to give me the owners address and contact number and they totally ignored me. I would very much like to hear from the owner so I called the store number and though there were several workers inside, no one picked up the phone. I then left a message with my name and phone number asking that I be called back by an owner or manager. Never going near this store again. Juan made it extremely difficult to exchange my mothers day gift cubin bracelet for a larger size even tho i had a legitimate reciept in my email , the purchase is way in before 30 days & i even had the credit card my fiance used to purchase the bracelet !! he would not exchange all because he couldnāt find the order in his work tablet . I even called the store I originally purchased the bracelet from to confirm the order and they told me he should not have a problem exchanging it .

I went in to buy my mom a charm bracelet and was just very let down by the experience. I was open to buying any bracelet and wanted to look at as many as I could! Even the charms, i wanted to look through all of them in person, but the guy helping me just kind of pulled out one at a time and wasn't offering to show me more. I kept having to ask to see another one. My sisters went to other stores and were presented with dozens of charms that they might like and I felt like in this store, the guy just didn't really want to help me. I still ended up spending over $200 with them but my experience just left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will probably never shop this brand again.
