The food looks nothing like the pictures. I get that we live in a modern, ever changing world but this place along with others now carry a huge computer that looks like a mobile phone in the lobby where you order your food from with no help at all from a human unless you complain really loud! The visually impaired must hate coming in here. It is complicated, takes time which in my opinion if you are paying with a card ordering in the app is easier and atleast you can take your sweet time without pressure from the next person behind you tapping his foot because the person in front of him (yeah me) is taking too long. I ordered the Mexican pizza because I haven't had it in like 2 years or so. Man, it was on my mind since I saw the commercial. Ha! When I got it, it looked like a box of slop. The refried beans ran like water, the tomatoes were a very light red, hardly any meat and a single black bean just greeted the pizza even though there should not be any black beans. It was supposed to crispy so that you could pick it up. I had to eat it with a fork oh, which by the way they never have anymore when you ask at this location. I asked for Diablo sauce...no sauce so had to go and ask for it. Also returned the pizza. They made a new one for me. It was the same soggy and watery beans and no meat hardly.
I was hungry and far from the next Taco Bell. I ate what I could and drank the mostly ice and water Baha Blast before throwing it and the rest of the Mexican Pizza out. Read moreMy husband and I had trouble placing a complicated order for someone else and asked if we could drive up to the window for some assistance since it was around 2am and the order was on the phone (thru text). After a short time a man's voice suddenly came on the speaker and apologized for the inconvenience and stated they are on a timer and couldn't assist us with this request. My husband got frustrated and after about another 5 minutes, the lady who was originally assisting us told my husband to drive around to the window. She assisted him and we were finally able to successfully place the order that even she had difficulties with. I've worked customer service from fast food to Administrative/Front Desk/ Hospitality Services...Etc...This is not how customer are to be treated busy or not. This type of attitude towards customers can cause companies to lose business. Because if we weren't on a business errand we would've taken our business elsewhere and for this reason personally I would never purchase food here because this tells me one thing, there are people working at this restaurant that do not want to work and I will not eat here. Besides there was no line of cars behind us the entire time we were there. I saw a car drive up when our order was completed and we received the food and this was in a 15 minute time frame! Read moreToday I was at this Taco Bell and the lobby closed while I was there bc there was no cashiers working and a lady was at the door I as a customer opens the door and for her and she was rude and say why the lobby is close but the manager said for technical issues . The manager said she while she was in here I will take your order because you’re already inside the lobby .Lady kept yelling about to sign that there’s no sign at doors stating that the lobby is closed while there was one on the main door. Then she took out her phone and start recording the manager saying that the sign was not there and The Manager said that the lady I have a permission to record “so can you please stop recording me “. Lady kept saying after that was she supposed to walk around the drive-through and order because she didn’t have a car , nobody said nothing about that . The lady kept raising her voice so The manager tried to kicked her out nicely but she kept fussing over the situation so the manager decided to raise her voice and kick her out and then the lady started cursing at her and the manager started to defend herself and tried to stay calm .
