Crumbl — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

Today I went to the new Crumbl in Deerfield and I would like to report the poor service and lack of professionalism from the staff. I ordered some cookies and a bottle of water. The store was empty, close to closing time. After receiving the cookies, I asked if the two that were still a little cold could be warmed up. The employee, who was on FaceTime on her phone, said she didn’t understand what I was asking for. I explained again, even using Google Translate, but she still refused. She only told me that the middle cookie is meant to be cold — which I understood — but I was simply asking to warm up the other two. She insisted that she could not do it.

I gave up and was leaving with my young daughter when I noticed the employee laughing and complaining about my request, so I took a photo for a possible future review. Unfortunately, things escalated even more. As I was walking to my car, I was approached in the parking lot by the employee and her mother, who asked me, “Do you have a problem with my daughter?” At the same time, the employee shouted something from inside their car that I could not understand. I felt intimidated and threatened just for asking to warm up a cookie for my child, in the middle of the Publix parking lot.

I still tried to calmly explain the situation to the mother, but the employee kept yelling and telling me not to talk to her. In the end, I was even told that if I don’t like the cookies, I shouldn’t come back to the store. This experience was completely unacceptable and...

I see that Crumbl finally opened after a year well the cookies are good but they're served hot and cold and they're no fun when they meld on a 15 mile life. I got my cookies from there and I asked the girl that she got anything to stop the cookies from falling on each other and her response was she gave me a sleeve for the box and when I was walking out a boy that was managing was catching the girl the hand of the cookies didn't know I followed so I left and I went to the next customer and I stumbled because he changed the delivery location to his garage I stumbled in his garage and I had to go back again a third time and the boy managing again posted he's given refunds I've been doing this a long time Denise needs to be dividers just like your single cookies every cookie in the six box needs its own...

I usually love Crumbl the cookies are always fresh, soft, and taste amazing. But my experience was really disappointing. The two pretty Black girls working in the store were too busy making TikToks and talking about personal stuff to even acknowledge me when I walked in. They argued about who should take my order and one of them kept saying she was going to see her ex for two hours instead of actually helping customers. The cookies were great, but the customer service was terrible. Definitely not the friendly experience I’m used...
