Found my new hair salon and my new hairstylist Alexis!! I went in for a correction to a previous cut I had gotten somewhere els. Alexis understood what I wanted and gave me just that. She explained everything she was doing while she was doing it and explained what the previous hair dresser did which I really appreciated. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair, use hair tools and caring for my hair …things that I have never learned. I look forward to going back to her for coloring and treatments . She was also very sweet and super patient with me! I’m the person with a million questions and a lot of doubts after having some traumatic hair experience But she did not get frustrated with me and kept me informed and confident ....

This is my first time at Smokeshow Hair. Overall it was a negative experience. The site says 15% off all hair services for March. My total did not include this discount. Unless the $45 haircut reflects the discount. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m. My daughter was not seated until 3:15. Not once did Hailey come back to let us know the wait time. (Another hairdresser did say Hailey would be by in 5 mins) Hailey was not apologetic about our wait. I showed Hailey the amount of hair I wanted off, I asked for face-framing bangs and for her hair to be straight in the back. The results were disappointing and definitely not worth $45.

My daughter’s hair is uneven there is no way to hide that. I would not recommend this...

I came to see Mya after searching for a place to get an affordable haircut and came across Smokeshow. I checked out all their stylists and found Mya. She is known for her shag haircuts and that happened to be exactly what I wanted. And I am so happy I took the plunge! I absolutely loved my hair as soon as she was done, I was just so happy. Not only did she do EXACTLY what I asked for, she was so pleasant to talk to. We had a good time discussing bands and music and just chatting the whole time, which is different for me as I am usually a quiet guest. This was my first time and I was greatly rewarded for trusting my gut and choosing Smokeshow and Mya. She is a cute little gem of a lady!...
