The court is corrupt. Biased magistrates like Susan Prose are selectively hired from the federal prosecutors office to throw out cases against the state or government. Prejudicial judges like Domenico fail to recuse themselves, or the magistrates, from cases where the perception of bias exists due to extremely harsh and abusive treatment of parties.

Judges Rodriguez, Neuriter, Prose, and Domenico had my case 23cv01769 remanded to them for their errors dismissing the case with prejudice without resolving my motion for federally entitled entitled process service fees.This proof shows that the judges do not uphold the federal rules of procedure and thst they do not treat the parties fairly. The court is particularly abusive towards pro se plaintiffs, regularly denying every motion while granting for the defendants when they break rules like not confering. Magistrate Prose and Judge Domenico have gone as far as violating the American Disability Act by forcing digital service on me as a 100% service-disabled Veteran and plaintiff, after paying the $402 filing fee and asking for paper files, because I cannot use computers due to my disability. The courts abuse has no limits.

They represent a government that can’t even read their own instruction manual. If they can’t follow even the most clearly written instructions, how can they adjudicate a large and complex body of law?
