Its a just a great place. All the people are really nice and helpful. All protocols are in place for the pandemic. Around the coalition there is plenty of parking. Social distancing and masks are worn at all times. The services provided by this organization are second to none. They empathy and care they treat clients with are very genuine and they really seem to want to make a difference in peoples lives. I love it.

We spent a lot of time at Coalition for the Homeless with Feeding Denvers Hungry, and Healthy Denver Inc. doing Thursday hand up, passing out food, clothes, dog& cat food, toiletries and clothing. Not always safe but Colorado’s Coalition for the Homeless does a great job of providing for those in need.

They got meet into a home, then a year later lied to my wife and now she is on the voucher by herself. Because our case worker forgot the conversation she had with me. So now I'm homeless and my wife will be homeless because she can't find a place... Lol

Some of the staff are rude and clearly see you waiting to be helped and they just ignore you. Getting appointments for doctor, therapist, glasses, dental and caseworkers is always a month out to schedule an appointment. You have to be there an hour to an hour and a half early to be seen that day. And still there is no guarantee that you will be seen. Waiting for anything from the pharmacy is agonizing!!! It's always takes more than an hour to get medications filled even if you ordered refills online, it still takes forever. And the medications are ALWAYS wrong! I have to say that it the worst place to fill prescriptions. They say they help with housing but you have to be on your caseworker weekly just so they do their job and put you on housing wait-list that can take up to or over 2 years to get housing. But it has free medical, eye appointment, dental and mental health services. I would recommend going to Denver Health because you get better help and medications are quickly filled. Stout Street Clinic is overwhelmed with homeless and low income people. Their computer system is a joke. It take forever to find appointments and to schedule an appointment. They need a new computer system that works efficiently. And make the caseworkers care about the people there, treat them like they are humans. Return phone calls I've called my caseworker EVERYDAY and I still haven't received a return phone call from her! It's like she doesn't know what she is doing and just blows you off when you asks questions she can't answer. Answer the phone and be helpful not negative! They put you on housing lists, keep on them to find new housing lists to apply for. And...

I live in the Forum Apartment. I am grateful to have my own place. My problem is that me and my girlfriend had an argument one morning and I called the police to have her removed from my apartment. I didn't want to do this but I did. She told the police officer I struck her and they took me to jail. While I was in jail she call the DA and told them the truth about what really happened and because of that all charges were dropped. Now it has been about a year now and the Manager of my apartment building will not let her back into the building. I don't cause any problems I roll with the flow. I have asked the manager how or what I have to do to get her off this banned list and his answer is nothing. No it is getting very cold outside and I don't have any money for a room for tonight so I am sitting outside of my apartment building with her because she can't come in! AS we were sitting in the doorway of the quizno I was told that they were going to call the police if we didn't move and I live in the Forum Apartments. I thought the CCH was about helping people and giving people second chances? But here I am Monday 3:34 am freezing cold right outside of my apartment building with my girlfriend because the manager thinks this is his playground and only his say is what happens here. And one last thing my girlfriend has bone Disease and it's harder on her. Thank you for the space to vent! Now I have been served with a eviction notice because I was told that I broke one of their in...

Writing this on behalf of my friend. This used to be so much better and a good place for people. However people now working here especially on the ground floor are absolutely disgustingly heartless.. They have fired a lot of good people and drove out very kind and caring people in faith based charities with my local church.

There's still some good people, Deb the payee upstairs is awesome as are some people in the clubhouse. But the people dictating over the main floor lobby (usually a black gentleman and black lady whos names I forgot) are extremely loud and bullying to people and create a deeply oppressive atmosphere.

Most of the time I just keep my head down, but earlier they singled out, yelled at and straight up bullied a friend of mine who has a legitimate disability and exemptions on the mask wearing.

This exemption was granted to him previously from Stout St Clinic across the street and they said they would not honor it for whatever reason. My friend is a very kind guy that would go out of his way for people and help anyone else out and dealing with a lot of stress regarding housing, moving, job stress and family issues.

This was the last thing he needed today and I'm upset and mortified at how he was treated. This kind of misplaced authority and bad behavior that is on full display with the Lobby Staff really needs to be addressed. This place is supposed to help people not stress people out and make them feel persecuted and...
