This apartment is brand new and just opened in Dec 2021. All the appliances are brand new, the design is modern, there are upscale washer and dryer in each unit, and the management teams are super helpful! They respond quickly to any issue you have and are very passionate about making sure you are taken care of!
The apartment does allow pets up to certain weight/size. They have a gym within, both trash and recycle chutes on each floor, two elevators on both ends that can fit up to a king-sized mattress, a bike storage room on the ground floor just by the covered garage that is underneath the building, a pet washing area, and an amazing west-facing rooftop terrace (no pets or smoking allowed) that looks over the beautiful front range! They have two areas within the terrace: a kitchenette with a bar top indoor for you to maybe grab a drink and look out when it cold, and an outdoor area that is furnished with a tv, sets of outdoor furniture, and two big gas grills
They also have built-in internet from centurylinks that does not require contract (month to month!!); I tried the most expensive package and the second tier ($70 and $60/mo), and indeed when I connect to the internet via cable, the speed goes up exactly as advertised (900Mbps and 500mbps). Do note that wifi is obviously going to be lower (30-20mbps), but this explanation is mostly for people who will be downloading heavily. For people who just stream tv, work from home, do zoom call, you will not notice any performance issue on wifi.
First year residents get a lot of benefits which included some utility bills waived (ymmv). They have a super nice and modern lounge area. For packages, they have a mailroom with normal mailboxes and also those Amazon lockers (is being set up as of end of Jan 2022), and it has a camera in the room! I have ordered packages ranging from one too many to a giant piece of disassembled furniture, and have never had any trouble receiving them. The parking garage is also gated, and you access them with a nearfield sticker on your car, so everything is hand-free
Lastly, the location is amazing. Use the back road to go Target, king Sooper, home Depot, natural grocers, whole food, king Sooper again, cane chicken finger, 20 dozens restaurants, gym at the Glendale sports complex ($50/mo since they excluded this apartment out of the Glendale city even thought we literally live 100 steps away, otherwise it would have been $10/mo... Bummer..) within 2 miles radius, and trader Joe is about 10 min away. The location is super quiet, and while the garage is gated, there are plenty of street parking on S Dexter or at the parking lot by the infinity Park (your own risk lol). This neighborhood is so walkable with the park literally .2 miles away that you literally can get everything you need on the back road without spending too much time on the dreaded Colorado Blvd. Downside of this location is definitely distance to the airport and aurora since you have to go at least 10 min south on corado Blvd or back road to hit major interstate, and even going with the fastest option on Google map through the local roads and highways, it will take about 40-44 min to...
Read moreDisappointment is the prevailing atmosphere here since my partner and I moved in.
Two weeks before moving in we were promised the central A/C would be fixed. Come move-in day, we were contacted and asked to change our move-in date, which we were unable to do. After coming to a verbal agreement to prorate our rent from the move-in date to the date the central A/C was fixed, we reluctantly moved into the heat-filled apartment. A portable A/C unit was installed, which hardly made a dent in the temperature. David, lead of the maintenance crew, advocated for us to have a second portable A/C unit installed. These portable A/C units proved to be inefficient in cooling down the apartment. They also increased our electric bill by approximately $200 within 30 days, caused power outages that put our electronics at risk, denied access to our balcony and windows, and flooded the space around them due to condensation that we were unable to manage consistently because of our long work hours.
We then went to talk about the proration with management, where we were met with confusion and a refusal to follow through with the previously agreed-upon proration. Additionally, there was no accountability from management. To make matters worse, the new proposal was inadequate and did not reflect the severity of the situation, as we were told, âI know that the 2 A/Cs we have currently in your unit are keeping your apartment cool.â This characterization was inaccurate. The portable units did not adequately cool the apartment and, in fact, required continuous operation to maintain tolerable temperatures. If even one unit was not in use 24/7, the indoor temperature rose significantlyâoften within less than 30 minutesâcreating persistent discomfort and raising legitimate health and safety concerns.
Through this period, the leasing team we have been in contact with (David, Courtney, and Samara) have been as helpful as they could be in the situation.
After that meeting with management, we asked that they hold off on repairs on July 21st as we had prior engagements to attend to. This request was not respected and instead was ignored.
Finally, our central A/C was fixed over a month after we were originally informed of the issue. We've been having continuous issues with communications with management Vanessa Wilson, and absolutely zero communication from the Director of Operations at Botnick Realty Jean Francois. We have reached out over four times, multiple by formal written communication, only to be ignored or given misleading information.
This place that was once originally our dream location to live has only proved to be a nightmare...
Read moreBefore moving into Bloom, we were informed on June 19 that the central A/C was broken and were assured it would be repaired prior to our move-in. However upon arrival on July 2nd 2025, our move in day, the central air conditioning in our unit was still not functional.
Management provided portable A/C units as a temporary solution, but one unit repeatedly tripped the breaker â sometimes multiple times a day. This caused the temperature inside the apartment to rise by approximately 10°F when the breaker was not reset quickly, creating health and safety concerns. The setup of the portable units also prevented us from opening windows or using our Juliet balcony for the duration of the outage. Maintenance teams visited several times but were unable to restore central A/C until July 21 2025.
On July 29, 2025, we started submitting multiple formal written requests to management for resolution and reasonable compensation. Despite follow-ups by email and in person â and repeated assurances from staff that we would receive a response â we did not receive timely communication or a clear resolution.
The leasing staff we worked with through the move-in process (David, Courtney, and Samara) were excellent and genuinely tried to assist us. Unfortunately, once the issue was escalated to property management and higher levels, communication broke down and responsiveness was lacking. To this day, we have received no communication from the Director of Operations at Botnick Realty, despite being told multiple times by management they would contact us to resolve this matter. This complete lack of follow-through has been the most disheartening part of the experience.
This review reflects our documented experience during our tenancy. While the property is visually appealing, our experience with communication, timeliness of repairs, and responsiveness to habitability concerns has been unsatisfactory. Prospective tenants should be aware of these issues when...
