The Back 9 — Local services in Denver

We showed up early and a waiter came back twice and said I'll be right back to grab you some drinks and didn't come back. Two guys showed up after us, sat down and when the first bay came available at our start time they jumped up and took it. The people playing the 2nd bay just kept playing. We finally went and asked at bar since we hadn't been here before and didn't understand what needed to happen. The couple was told their time was up about 10 minutes late. The table we sat at was barely cleaned and no other parts to the area were cleaned up prior to us sitting down. When 2 hours hit for us the owner or manager (not sure who it was) came straight over and told us we were done and he had a group waiting. Not only had we not been given similar considerarion, but we were treated without any of the same consideration at the beginning or end of our play time. The room is forgotten about very easily when the bar is busy and the bar tenders are too busy to get back there to serve much less help when simulater is freezing up. Our server was kind once he was able to finally bring us drinks and get our order in, but the manager basically saying well whatever I wasn't here for any of that, so... was a cop out and all patrons should be treated with the same consideration whether or not the manager is paying...

Really disappointed in this place.

We rented a bay during the weekday for 2 hours. We had 1 shot left for the whole group and were 3 minutes over our time with no one waiting to take our bay. The bar closed 1 hour after our allotted time. Our waitress wouldn’t let us hit our last shot and exited out of the game so we didn’t get our final scores.

The customer service here was poor. We mentioned that we saw mice running around and our waitress response was “oh whatever, I don’t care. I’ve only been here for a week”.

Take your simulator money elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend based on the staff who have no regard for...

We reserved the room for a party here, and requested that the staff split the room fee across all of the guests which we were told would not be an issue. At the end of the evening, staff was unable to get the rental fee split correctly which we assumed we could fix after the fact by contacting the management. After emailing them, they were unwilling to help us in any way and were also rude/lied about the situation. There are many other options for indoor golf simulators in Denver and I would recommend trying all of them before...
