The staff at Gerken's are absolutely wonderful! I had a blue rosary that was broken and missing one of the blue beads. Our daughter wanted to carry the rosary in her upcoming wedding. We started at Gerken's to see what we should do. They normally only repair rosaries that were purchased there. Knowing our situation, they were able to bring out numerous broken rosaries and loose rosary beads. We were able to find a loose bead that was such a close match, you could barely tell it was not exact! At our first visit, 3 amazing staff members helped us. They said they could make this repair. A staff member called us the next morning that the rosary was ready. When we arrived to pick up the rosary, the staff member at the counter recognized us and the lady who repaired our rosary showed us her work and did a beautiful job! We were also able to purchase a beautiful rosary pouch to keep this very special rosary in. We were thrilled with our experience at Gerken's! We cannot thank you enough...
