Nasty Food/Bad Customer Service.... We ordered online thru Uber-food was late and cold. Steak Nachos/chips were soggy-Guacamole was nasty-tomatoes werent fresh. My Co-workers food was also nasty-enchiladas cheese was not even melted-carne asada tasted like rubber without any condiments. Called to let the manager know, managers name is Stephanie by the way. It seems now a days any one can be a manager without a degree. Anyways she was trying to justify everything with well that is your own personal opinion because other customers like our guacamole... then she offended me by saying we cant refund your money based on you not liking the food. For one I wasn't calling to get a refund, I am calling only to let you know... Stephanie you might want to taste the Guacamole!! so that you know what you are serving your customers. I was only calling to give you a heads up. Very poor management skills its a shame. In order for a business to be succesful you have to Focus On The Customer. The purpose of business is not to make a profit. It’s to create and keep a customer. You want them to come the first time, then come again and finally bring their friends. How you are doing is directly related to how many satisfied customers you have. To increase customer satisfaction, you have to listen to your customers and be involved in their buying experience. Anyways I just gave you a Tip and I really hope that the owner reads this one day since you didn't want to give out the owners phone number. I don't need or...

I've tried four times this place, 3 of those times, I've had bad experience with the food... But at the time I get off work, this is the only place near my house that is open 24 hrs. I always hesitate before going there, but at the end... I go because I'm starving and that's my only option. First and second time I tried tacos, and just the adobada tacos tasted fresh, but something makes me feel that is not very wise to eat there every time. The third time I tried an asada torta, and it was the worst torta I have ever tried in my life, the bread and the whole piece of asada nothing else in there, no mayo, no beans, no lettuce, nothing in there but the meat that wasn't even cut in pieces and flavorless...two bites and tossed it to the trash can... So, this time I tried chicken enchiladas. The girl taking orders recommended them. The chicken was looking all purple and red, it looked so gross and no safety to eat. The rice was like burnt and hard to eat. I ordered tacos too, which just adobada tasted fresh again, but asada and carnitas tasted kind of weird, so... I didn't eat them. I was so afraid to get sick of my stomach. So I decided not to go back never again... it is so sad that we don't have a good place for Mexican food around Denver's neighborhood... what a waste of space!. It looks like is a cheaper copy of " Tacos Rápidos" I don't recommend this place at all !!! Btw, I really feel like the good reviews that they have are from friends and family, but try it yourself and good luck...

My husband got really bad food poisoning...

I rarely give bad reviews and I'm not exaggerating. I really wanted to like this place... I even liked some of the other menu items we ordered, but that bad really outweighs the good here.

I ordered uber eats (priority to receive first). First time ordering from this restaurant.

My husband ordered the carne asada burrito combo, which came with ground beef instead of carne asada (but that's not the problem)... all the food was still hot so it seemed fine... I ordered the chimichanga burrito combo and we also got a couple tacos to try for fun. The chimichanga was fine, tacos were fine... I never tried the beef burrito my husband received... he ended up having extreme diarrhea and vomiting for 2 days straight and still felt sick the third day. The sickness started a few hours after eating. He had no other food before or after and it's definitely not a flu, they're obviously different... if anyone has gotten food poisoning you know what I mean.

This was so disappointing... we love Mexican food, especially the mom n' pop places that are more authentic... but we've never experienced anything this bad from anywhere else in our lives. This is also the first time in years me or my husband got food poisoning... I know this is a popular restaurant, but we won't be eating here again.

Seriously... If you eat...

Honestly, the worst Mexican food I've ever had for the exception of a breakfast burrito my friend shared with me because I couldn't bare to finish the Carne Asada burrito. We got chips and guacamole, and we thought surely they can't mess that up but ultimately it was the worst attempt of making guacamole and chips. The guacamole looked like they threw an avocado in a blender and liquefied it. We eat Mexican food every week in Texas and never had that level of incompetence in making a good meal. I don't recommend this place at all. I suggest management fix the way they prepare food and make a better dish. Guacamole should never look like slime with a liquid like consistency. I pretty much wasted my money here. Never go to a place with a poor rating. Also make sure to check ratings before going. We made a big error not checking beforehand.

There has been many times I’ve ordered from this location and the food quality has not been up to satisfaction. My question to them is why have a full menu that is 24/7 but your customers are receiving hour old product with no explanation on how there going to get it. Ordering in is a completely different experience. I have done so to make sure I’m not being bias. My most recent order was fajitas but everything down to the shrimp, beans and peppers lacked seasoning and organization. Nothing was sectioned off to build it in on my own and I had to deal with a large tortilla which is technically burrito size. I would have liked it to be portioned and sectioned off properly for individual consumption. Rather it be pilled together. Like I said before this has been one of many. I personally ONLY recommend dining in on specific items.
