Perfect Skin Habit — Local services in Denver

I came to Gena and tasked her with an unusual situation. I receive quarterly Botox injections for migraines from my neurologist. While these injections are life changing, they are placed in a manner that facially results in producing a shocked expression or “Spock brows”, which isn’t at all aesthetically appealing.

Since this is a medical procedure, my doctor does not offer any excess product for facial correction.

Gena understood the complicated assignment to correct this unwanted effect. She took the time to evaluate and explain things to me. It was clear she was an experienced , knowledgeable injector and recommended a different injectable product, which she felt would better suit my needs. She was mindful of the upcoming, medical Botox treatment I’m to receive from my doctor in a few weeks and charted my brow correction carefully. Also, I naturally have one wonky brow and navigating over/under correction is challenging.

Everything was perfect.

Afterwards, we spoke at length about other skin care procedures and products she recommended for me. Normally, I don’t like to have anyone fuss with my very sensitive skin but I left her office confident that I would return. A VI Peel perhaps? After my experience at Perfect Skin Habit, Gena is the only one I would trust.

Unfortunately, I can't write a review based on actual services as I was never seen for my appointment. This team did not value my time at all and after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I left with little apology or no reconciliation.

I was scheduled for a 5 pm appointment for an hour long facial and as a first time customer, I even arrived 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After waiting for 20 minutes without an update, I asked for an ETA to start and the receptionist told me she would go check on things. I was told there was another customer being treated and that she would text Gena for an update. At 5:25pm I was told it would be "5 more minutes" until she could see me... I had made plans after the appointment based on a 6 pm completion time. I told the receptionist I would need to reschedule as 30 minutes late for the booking was pretty unreasonable. I was told that Gena would reach out to me directly to reschedule but I have not received any communication from her or the office after a couple days.

Ultimately, they clearly did not and do not value my time which is quite unfortunate as I was really looking forward to the service and live very close to be a continued customer. According to other reviews, it seems like once you are actually seen, services are quite good but unfortunately time management might be...

Gena and Perfect Skin Habit are beyond great! There should be more places like this. No frills - just great, healthy skincare - something everyone can benefit from.

I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place for facials and scheduled a new business special with Perfect Skin Habit. Gena went above and beyond, spending extra time on my problem areas and talking me through all of the steps. I was also able to add on Botox at the end of my appointment. I was clear with my intentions for Botox and they were up front with the amount I needed. They did not push me for more units (like most places do) and I greatly appreciate that. The results are amazing!
