~ Let me first start off this has been the worst customer experience in any retail store I have ever been in. This Men's Wearhouse should be renamed to Men's Hellhouse. First Impressions: I went there for a tux fitting for my brothers wedding, a frumpy dressed girl quickly measured me, & I requested everything to be slimfit when ordering. I come to find out 4 days before the wedding when picking up my pants were not slimfit, & looked like parachute pants. The shoes looked like middle-school girl clogs, the shirt was a cheap see-through material & sweat colored (pictured). After seeing the pricey horrible quality tux I was a bit agitated, I asked the same frumpy dressed girl who saw me before to grab a slim fit pair of pants for me to try on. (Note: I requested the same size of the suit pants I had on for work that day.) She replied that size would not fit, & I insisted for her to go get them because I have 15+ suits in that same size. When trying them on in the fitting room I overheard her whispering/complaining around the corner about this situation. After the pants that I requested fit perfectly I decided I would like a different sales person due to her attitude. A young gentleman came over & accommodated with ease, I ordered the slimfit pair of pants, & would pick them up a day before the wedding. Day before the wedding pickup: The store was packed & under staffed (pictured) I was in a hurry leaving work, & to get to the rehearsal so I asked to just pickup & quickly pay. After 15 minutes of waiting the gentleman finally went, & handed me the tux... I proceeded to go to the front desk to pay. The exchange took 1 minute tops & after waiting the initial 15 minutes, which I should've never been having to go back in the first place.. I also noticed the frumpy looking girl unprofessionally wrote in big letters "NEEDS TO PAY!" on the receipt.. obviously I need to pay, I do not understand why it was so obnoxiously written (pictured). Day of wedding.... I open the bag put on all the clothes & notice the vest was not put into the tux bag...so the day of the wedding, I am an hour away from the store.. thus having to call my brother (the groom) to race over from his house & pick it up right before his wedding.. This concludes the Mens Hellhouse experience & I will never step foot in one again. Recommendations: Close the store down or train staff properly. The Don does not approve & will not be back ~

My plan on a very busy day was to run into Mens Wearhouse to get a tie for a wedding I have in two days. I walk in, and there’s no one in there but about 4 workers. I go over to the tie area, browsing through the ties and finally found one that I liked enough to purchase. I flip the tag over and it was $59.99…for a tie. Not a pocket square and a tie. Just the tie. That’s insanely pricey if you ask me, maybe I’m wrong. Regardless, the 15-20 minutes I spent in there browsing different parts of the store to see if there was a tie at a somewhat reasonable price, I got zero customer service. Zero. Not a single solitary word was said the entire time I was in there. Not a “Can I help you find anything” or “Let me know if you need any help”. There was nothing of sorts. I think I was more shocked about the customer service or lack thereof, that I gave up and walked out. I actually probably would’ve given my business to anyone or any business that shows even a smidgen of courtesy. I’m sure if I was dressed to the nines, they would’ve asked me if I needed anything the moment I walked in. However, I was dressed in sweats and a hoodie. It is what it is. I found the SAME exact tie at Burlington, with a pocket square for $12.99 Your loss MW- not mine. I will never bring my business nor would i recommend this place to anyone I care about.

I was hired to officiate a wedding and I usually wear an outfit to compliment both the bride and groom. For some strange reason I never jump into high gear until the last minute becoming a wreck in search of the perfect outfit. I manage to find everything needed except the pocket square. I searched everywhere for the exact purple needed with no success. I decided to give Men's Warehouse a shot believing they only rented clothing items, but I was desperate! As soon I walked in the door I was greeted by Jerome who took me over to the pocket square table. We rummaged through the entire table with no success. After seeing the dismay on my face Kevin approached Jerome and I inquiring. After explaining my dilemma, Kevin went to his computer to research the various types of purple to discover that IRIS was exactly what I needed, and guess what, he had it for sale! Thank you Jerome and Kevin for saving me from a wardrobe disaster!

I purchased my suit for my wedding here. My fiance as well as several family members and had asked why do I purchase from Men's Wearhouse? They said it's expensive and I could get nicer suits from elsewhere. I said I go there for the experience. I purchased from them to other times and had no issues. But this time I felt compelled to write what happened. When my groomsmen and I came to purchase our suits, the gentleman that helped us seems like he was having a really bad day. He was all over the place when trying to find us a suit that we could all match in, seems like he was frazzled consistently when asked different questions and when we finally did find a suit that matches what we were looking for, he seems lost when trying to find the sizes for all of us. We went up front to purchase our suits and I asked if I could have the suits sent to their location so that my groomsmen could pick them up in a convenient time for them. I was told that would be fine. A week later they show up at my house and then I had to make arrangements for my groomsmen to come pick up their suits when I have a weird work schedule. It was very inconvenient. With that being said I still went back to purchase our shirts so that we could all have matching shirts. They only had two shirts there and they had to order three of them and have them sent to my house. I wasn't going to go through the Fiasco of having them sent to them again. I get the shirts and two of them had giant black spots possibly ink I don't really know, and I called them to ask them about getting replacement and they said that I had to come in with the old shirts before they would even order the new ones. I expressed my displeasure and I was put on with the assistant manager. She told me that she would order them in and she would personally call me when they came in. This was to make it easier for me especially with my weird work schedule. I never got that phone call. So I drove up got my suit after its alteration and honestly I don't think I will go back to this Men's Wearhouse. When the assistant manager assures me that they are going to call me and I do not get a phone call, that's just not good business. I would not necessarily recommend this...

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I found this Men's Warehouse when I was doing last minute renting for some tuxedo shoes. I needed the shoes that SAME day because I was the best man at a wedding the very next morning and I had no shoes. So I decided to make a phone call because it was such short notice and finding a place with my size shoes in stock would require a small miracle. I saw 3 poor reviews and was like not too excited about calling them.

To my astonishment, a friendly salesman named Arthur picked up the phone and ended up searching the stores entire inventory running back and forth while I was over the phone waiting. He found me all sizes that they had in stock, told me the price and even recommended me good places to buy tuxedo shoes if I decided not to rent.

He was very helpful and at that point I've made up my mind because I was drawn to his honesty and customer service based entirely after a phone call.

When I got there, I was directed to Arthur and he not only got me perfect fitting shoes but even threw in a pair of black socks. After that, I even got to speak to the assistant manager who was very experienced in tuxedos. He took the time to teach me about threat counts and the type of tuxedos that one should buy based on occasions and durability. I came out one happy customer that day and felt great that people actually took that much time out to educate their customers.

I told myself that I had to write a review because it's such a shame that people would take the time to write bad reviews online but few Happy customers take the time to write Good Reviews. I know that there must be a lot more happy customers out there because I was definitely more than pleased with their honesty, service and knowledge.

I hope they continue to maintain their level of service so more satisfied customers will take the time to write more...
