This parking garage has a good location, and the navigation in the parking garage is organized.

The main issue I've had was my interaction with a staff member. I've parked for about 3 hours for an event, and prepaid the set amount. I was handed back our card, but with no ticket or receipt. I didn't think I needed to ask for one since our parking was paid upfront. Later on I went to leave and I was faced with attitude, asked where my ticket was and why I didn't have one. It was the same woman that helped me earlier, and repeatedly told her coworker she'd let us through but she didn't remember seeing my car.

Awful parking experience. I parked here for a conference and was charged $20 on the way in (which I expected). On the way out, I inserted my ticket and it told me to insert my credit card again and charged me another $16. There was no attendant there and no one answers the button when you press for help. THEN after paying the 16 (which I shouldn't have had to pay), the arm wouldn't go up! I was stuck in the garage until I could back out and use the other lane, which had the arm go up immediately. Furious. I was literally robbed and trapped. Worst experience parking ever. Oh and you don't get a receipt to prove to them their horrible system double...

Easy in and easy out. The price for parking was $25.00 for a nice visit to the Detroit Auto show. We decided to park at the lower level of the ramp instead of going up on the higher levels.
