When we asked to speak with the owner, we were told the owner did not care about the repair service, which was incredibly disappointing to hear. To make matters worse, their business is not registered under the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so there’s no way to file a formal complaint and hold them accountable.
There was a defect in the kitchen we purchased that we were not informed about and only discovered ourselves. The company promised to fix it under warranty starting in June, but they have rescheduled four times, and the issue is still unresolved.
In June, we were told that the necessary part was not available and had to be ordered from Italy, which would take about two months. At the end of July, we followed up and confirmed the parts had arrived, but the company was on vacation and couldn’t schedule the installation.
After chasing them for almost a month, they finally scheduled the repair for August 25, but no one showed up. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. Our text messages were read but not answered, and it was very difficult to reach anyone.
They rescheduled for September 4, then changed it the night before, on September 3 at 8 PM, to September 9. The very next day, on September 4, they called again and moved it to September 12, without even asking if the new time worked for us. The representative was ready to hang up immediately after informing us of the change.
To comply with their shifting schedules, we had to take multiple days off work, causing significant inconvenience and they showed no concern or care about the impact this had on us.
I understand warranty work may not generate much profit, but this is not how customers should be treated. The lack of communication, constant last-minute rescheduling, and total disregard for our time and effort have been beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing.
Update from 9/9: we supposed to have service today but no one show up. Very rude company that changes the schedule whenever they want, without confirming with the customer first.
Update from 9/15: Thank you for finally completing the work after numerous follow-ups. However, regarding the warranty, when we purchased from your store, we were clearly informed that by paying for installation, the same warranty would apply. Since we did pay for installation, we fully expect the warranty to be honored as promised.
