Beau's Customs — Local services in Douglasville

My mom and I are both crafters that have recently gotten into vinyl and we were so excited to see Beau’s Customs open here in Douglasville! We went for the grand opening and the customer service was excellent, it was a super friendly and helpful environment. The owner noticed that we had picked up a certain kind of vinyl we weren’t familiar with and gave us info on how to use it properly. Her daughter running the register, was super sweet and great at her job, we were happy to see her helping out with her family business and learning how it all operates. Unbelievable customer service! I went into the shop with an impossible request. I had ordered 2 shirts (one was a gift) from an online company who did not deliver on time.
