First I'm trying a place like this. I'm from out of state so all this weird sugar stuff you guys do is new to me . So that being said: I don't get it... It's just an overpriced donut... Frosting is tastes like it comes out of a tub and low quality. I'm sure it's full of artificial flavors and colors, I think you were trying to separate yourself. Consider you don't call it a donut but a beignet, That you would try to make it better quality etc. I've had them in New Orleans and they don't look like this, they're crispier or sweeter. More focused on the preparation and the quality. They just dumpling a bunch of crappy fake frosting on it. Your containers are too small so the frosting is dripping everywhere. Don't know why you don't give out napkins with something so messy and sloppy (?) for that price I should get a couple napkins. The dough is pretty bland. And then you sell sweets but you don't open till 8:30 LOL. I try to go by at 7:30 on the way to work cuz that's what this would have been good for, don't understand that at all. I think you'd be open during prime commuting time. Anyways, I'm not going back, don't need you to send me something to send you an email to make it better blah blah. This is not what that's about. Just really not impressed. I will give credit to your staff as they're super friendly and helpful. That was the only enjoyable part. My two cents is make it memorable, make the best damn beignet with quality ingredients and you can have an edge...
Read moreI cannot recommend Thirst as a company because they are not reliable nor consistent - the staff at this location are absolutely amazing though! The West Jordan location I had always gone to for beignets was so rude out of no where when I tried to order tonight. They said it was too late, however this location served me beignets at 10:22pm with nothing but professionalism! Great and hardworking staff at this one. If I do opt for Thirst again, I will certainly come to this one to avoid trouble at...

I live in the neighborhood behind this location, and decided to walk to get a drink from Thirst. When I showed up, well after the storefront opened for the day, the door to the building was locked, despite having a menu on the door and a seating area seemingly welcoming guests. The drive-thru line was busy, so we know the employees were present. If you only service drive-thru guests, please make that...
