Subway — Restaurant in Draper

Me and my husband came to this subway the girl who help was very nice. The guy that help my husband act like he was not happy because my husband asked them to warm his bread before putting his meat on. When we pay and went to get our drinks we had get the cups but the manager( I think that who it was) didn’t let us know which one was the large, my husband pick up the med cups when I ask her if the other was large yes now that you touch the other ones. So we had to use the med when we pay for the large, she didn’t even offer to fix it. When we want to get our drinks my husband tripped over the dustpan that the manager left on the floor in front of where you get the drinks. The employee that help my husband made a comment because my husband made a mass when my husband tripped over the dustpan. There was no apology or ask...

Very inconsiderate, I walked in right behind one guy and he had a list of sandwiches that he did not know exactly what was going on them. The lady behind the counter asked what I was having I told her a single sandwich she proceeded to make numerous sandwiches for this guy waiting for him to respond call he did not know the answers for. Easily could’ve made my sandwich five times at least when I told her never mind and started walking out the door then she said she would make it at that point I was already frustrated enough to leave definitely won’t be going back...

Ordered lunch here today for the company. Some sandwiches were dropped and the people behind the counter were talking in Spanish and called me a rich b** that should make my own sandwiches because they had to remake them. They didn't know I new Spanish, but I am not impressed. I ordered online and called 5x to confirm my order with no one picking up the phone so corporate had to call the owner to confirm.
