Wax Me Too — Local services in Draper

I had done loads of research and have had prior experience with waxing, so going into this I knew a brazillian wax would hurt. It doesn't matter how good you are, it's gonna hurt. But it certainly can hurt less if done right and let me tell you this place does it SO right! It's clean, professional, and comfortable. Sally was my esthetician and she did a marvelous job. She was easy to talk to, clear and informative about what was going on, and it was quick. The only negative thing I have to say was it was hard to find the Draper location, because it is located inside of Image Studios. Wonderful, clean job and I can't wait to go back! Great wax for a great price! Just a word of caution, the first waxing isn't going to be perfect. It does take at least 3 times to see flawless results. So don't think you can just go in and get it done once and be good. Granted the first wax is very good and smooth, but it isn't as good as it will be...

Very unprofessional, I was a first time client and I drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment. I used the address that is on their website and it took me to what I believe was the right area? arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I couldn’t find where they were located, tried calling their phone number 3 times all 3 times went to voicemail left a message immediately after I got a text saying my appointment got canceled I explained that I couldn’t find there building/establishment they then proceeded to continue to cancel and reschedule but I live 30 minutes away. This is my first time ever going to a only waxing place I’ve always gone to a nail salon and they don’t do a good job so I thought this would be better but I ended up wasting my time and gas. Went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. Ended up paying around $40 for both (tip included). I felt like it was overpriced for the service. I was lead to believe that my eyebrows would be shaped through the description on their website. They were basically cleaned up and left with no real shape to my eyebrows. The whole appointment took about 15 minutes and when the technician used tweezers to pluck some hairs I did not see where the tweezers came from or anything. I did hear her run them under water before she used them on my face. Maybe they were sterilized maybe they were not. On the other hand the technician was friendly and nice, unfortunately the outcome was not what I expected (ex: taking time to make my eyebrows look similar, one eyebrow has a point the other one doesn’t, trimming long hairs to make them look more...
