Don’t use them for framing. Absolutely Not skilled to handle large frames. They accepted two canvas framing orders from us. After 2 months of wait they gave us our art with a very visibly damaged frame (yes! They expected us to accept delivery of such a badly done job). Upon refusing to accept a damaged frame, they said offered to redo it, only to call us after after another 3 weeks and inform us that they can’t handle a large frame! 3 months wasted (with chasing them for my order each week to be given false promises of receiving the finished job each week) and...

If you take anything to be reframed they tell you it will take about 2 weeks. Then when you call to see if it's ready to be picked up on the date they gave you they tell you it had to reorder the frame because it was damaged. Which is another week. Not to mention they don't call you with updates like they say they will. So you have to stay on top of it. I gave them the extra week. Called and they said it would be done by the end of the day. Went in the next day and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour for...

Apparently they need to order frames and have it delivered before art is put in. That takes 2 weeks(?) - an ocean voyage time ? - My first order took 1 month because the frames were damaged in delivery. I would have stayed away but I had another art that needed to match the frame on one of the frames in my first order . Then they messed up the size for 2nd order - to fix it it is gonna take - you guessed it - another two weeks ! So I have spent 2 months waiting for...
