I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Josephine’s Bridal. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt like a dream — beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to make every bride feel special. The staff was incredibly helpful, making me feel comfortable while trying on dresses, offering expert advice, and ensuring every little detail was perfect.

The dressing rooms are stunning, and I loved stepping out onto the gorgeous stage area where my friends could see each dress in all its beauty. It was such a magical touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. After finding a dress that could very possibly be THE dress with a few tweaks, Mariah made it a point to personally reach out to the designer to see what customizations could be made to make my vision come to life. The level of care and dedication made me feel so valued and understood. Like it’s not just about buying a dress, but creating the dress of my dreams.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Josephine’s. As a plus size bride I was extremely nervous about dress shopping. I don’t enjoy “regular” clothes shopping so wedding dress shopping sounded terrifying. It ended up being the best experience both employees that were there helping me were the nicest people who made sure I had a great time. They had dresses I could try on that I could actually fit into and it was more than what I was expecting, I thought it would be a hidden rack of like three plus size dresses that I could pick from but no, they told me to look through all the racks. I found my dream dress after trying on 4 other beautiful options, after deciding on my dress and taking measurements we discussed what size to order for me, but she only said that we would order one size up from the size I tried on, I honestly have no idea what size we ordered. That may sound like no big deal but that little detail of never discussing the number was a huge deal to me. Basically to sum up my experience at Josephine’s it was above and beyond my wildest dreams of how it would go. I will 100% recommend them to everyone...

I went in thinking I would get an idea for what I wanted being this was the first time I’d be shopping. I walked in and was blown away by the simple elegance of the shop. The ladies came to greet us at the door and were the most welcoming! They told us about the dresses and different collections they had for me to choose from. There was our own area in the back that felt very inviting. The 2 ladies that were helping me didn’t make me feel pressured or like I had to say yes to anything. They asked questions and made adjustments when necessary to ensure there were more options if I loved the dress but not a particular part of it. Once I got a feel for my style and what I wanted, they pulled a gorgeous dress that I had to try on as soon as they brought it back. It was the last one I tried on and the one I said “yes” to. To give a more bridal feel, they paired it was a veil and headband and instantly I knew that was the one I wanted! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!
