I recently brought in a Tiffany bracelet to Romantique to repair. The silver lobster clasp broke and I also wanted it a little larger which required restringing and adding beads. At the same visit I brought my diamond wedding band in that needed resizing. In less than a week they called that both were ready. I could not be happier with the results. My bracelet was a smidge longer as requested and fixed perfectly! My wedding band not only fits now but looks beautiful. Last November I purchased an estate item from the shop. When I got back to Oregon I accidentally caught the item on a sweater and caused the piece to have a weak joint. I emailed Kim (the owner) and told her that I would be back to Florida in February and asked if she could solder the joint for me. Kim was more than willing to take care of this for me. Yesterday I dropped the piece off and she said she would take care of the repair and offered to mail to Oregon at no cost to me. Then today I received and email that she had the repair done already and I could pick it up tomorrow.
