This place is a must if you're into burgers. A close walk from the main strip in Dunedin, this little burger joint serves an unbelievable burger. The alchemist burger is one the best burgers I've had (and I've had my share of burgers). The secret lies within whatever sauce it comes with. The patty, smashed and crispy on the edges is just perfect and cooked right. I'm usually not into lettuce but this burger helps it absorb some of the sauce for the perfect bite. One thing that truly stands out is the actual bun! People sleep on buns and I believe this is what really completes this burger.

Seating could use some shades but overall, the experience was amazing. Fast, friendly service and more importantly, that food...

I had the pleasure of enjoying the dunedin burger! I’m honestly going to say when I tasted this burger it brought a new definition to a burger! I will say I’m a repeat customer and want to try everything on this menu. The owner creates a welcoming vibe while educating you on how the deliciousness you’re experiencing happens. Amazing and subtly haute creations coming out of The Alchemist of Dunedin!!! My girlfriend ordered the barbecue burger, which I don’t order when eating out, but when I tried a bite of hers I totally loved it!!! Savory beef and pork umami oozing out of the burger, with bacon and their signature barbecue sauce…it was delightful and didn’t give me any heartburn. Totally making this a destination for late night...
