
I am extremely unhappy. I went in for a single process hair color. I was a new client with the person doing my hair. There was no discussion about the color. The colorist looked at my hair and literally the next thing I knew i had the color on my head and I was sitting, waiting…
It turns out that an old formila was on my records. I am not talking about a year or 2. I believe someone said i last came in 6 years ago and that was the formula that was used.
My color looks horrible. I no longer do anything close to what I did 6 years ago and it does not match the ends at all. It didn’t turn out well at all. It does not match my ends at all. My hair is multi colored, looks ridiculous and is no longer a simple, single color that I was very pleased with.

Omar and luzia are the best over there. the only issue is that Dass customer service has been deteriorating in a way that is not acceptable. My last negative experience was today. Omar was working on my hair and Dass owner son, MR Shaw son, came to Omer and in front of me with a very nasty attitude toward Omar told him to hurry up and to finish my hair because another customer was waiting. Neither Omar or I were late. Mr Shaw son should be more discrete when complaining to his employee in front of a customer, in this case me, Mr Shaw son should treat his employees with more respect. so dissatisfied and disappointed. this used to be a beautiful salon with beautiful people. At the register I complain to MR Shaw son for his attitude. He did not even apologize, all he said is that he can not spend that much time with a customer. Rude rude and rude. Hopefully Omar and Luzia will open his own salon...
Read moreReally disappointed and dissatisfied with my last experience last week. Had a Christmas function to attend Friday night, so I went there around 3:30 to get my hair colored and styled. I requested a dark red color, i also provided a photo of what I wanted. The colorist assured me it would be doable. When all was said and done, i went from a blonde ombre to just brown flat hair, which almost seemed to be a rinse and not color. I asked them to fix it, but really wished I hadn't because i spent the next 3 hours in the salon, was late for my event, and ended up with bright pink highlights!! Not the dark red i had requested. The saddest part was inwas expected to pay $175 for this including the style which was wasjed oum the first failed attempt!! The staff also were very nonchalant and didnt seem to care either.
