Bought a ring and was told that it could be down sized to a 4 and 3 quarter size. Was told that it would take 2 weeks. Took it home to my fiancé to gift to her and explained the situation. We both took it back to the store where we were then told that it was impossible to down size the ring and we would have to get a new ring made in the size that we want and that it would take 6 weeks as the ring would have to come from the home office. Was told that I would be contacted once the ring was ready. My fiancé graciously agreed . 6 weeks go buy with no word. I call and am told that they could not contact the home office that day and I should call back tomorrow. I called the next day and was then informed that they could not make contact with the home office and seeing that it was Friday they would make contact with me on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday rolls around I'm told that I would receive a call on Thursday when the ring would be available. I actually get a call on Thursday with news that the ring has arrived. I get to the store where there are only 2 people working there one of which just seems to be schmoozing with the couple that is there laughing and trying to wait on the other gentleman who is actually working to assist me. She finally comes over does her job and brings the ring over to me and says here is your ring size 4 and a half. I remind her as best I could that the ring should be 4 and 3 quarters in size. She states that they do not do 3 quarter sizes and that they would need to send the ring off again and that it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get resized. Livid is not the best word that could be used to describe my feelings, but I somehow manage to keep it together.The female employee goes on to say that if it it any consolation the women who sold me the ring is no longer there as if at this point that should some how ease the pain of my plight dealing with their incompetence. The other gentleman suggests that she put the ring on the measurement rod which she does and then indicates that the ring is measuring as a 4 and 3 quarter size she thinks and that I should take it home and see if it fits, if so problem solved. Ring doesn't exactly fit at this point and I am definitely not returning to this location to get the necessary work done. Will get it sized at another location and hopefully all I ever need to use this company for is to get the ring cleaned and maintenanced. Never purchasing another item nor recommending this company to anyone. Thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. If there were any possible way to give less than a 1 rating I would not...

I have yet to have a bad experience at this store! I specifically want to highlight a stellar encounter I had in September when I went in for my routine Diamond bond inspection and cleaning for my engagement ring. Anthony and Mimmi warmly greeted me right away which was very nice and welcoming, honestly this is always the way I'm received no matter who is working. Now this is where Mimmi and Anthony really shinned. Instead of only focusing on the inspection and cleaning, They asked If I had a wedding band to go along with my engagement ring, I did, but It was purchased from a different jewelry store in another state. I honestly didn't love it and it was only met to be temporary. My husband and I just never got around to replacing it after the wedding. Anthony and Mimmi worked extensively to help me choose a beautiful ring enhancer that gorgeously amplifies the brilliance of my engagement ring. The customer service was top notch. I'd never been offered assistance in choosing a band before, in all the time I'd been coming for the diamond bond inspection. I've had the ring enhancer for over a month now and I love it so much. I can't thank Anthony and Mimmi enough. They are so knowledgeable, so kind, so accommodating. You can't go wrong visiting this store. I like this location. The staff is friendly and professional. The only reason I'm leaving this review is so people can be aware of this specific sales person Mimi. She is an extremely aggressive sales person. You can't go in to look without her making you feel some kind of way. She is extremely pushy. My last two visits there have been soured by her to be honest. While I was still in the store, she was literally gossiping about me to her coworker. That's so unprofessional!! It's as if people are obligated to buy something. If not, she loses interest or has something to say. I was looking around and I saw her give me this sour look. Literally daggers at me. She was talking about how a coworker lost a piece of jewelry in front of me. Which to me shows she didn't take me seriously as a client. Obviously because I didn't buy anything to boost her commission. Last time I was there, I didn't end up going back to the store and this time she actually brought it up!! So unprofessional!! So what if I didn't go back? I don't owe her anything and I'm free to do as I wish without her judgment. It was embarrassing for us and I actually prefer not to go to this location anymore because of MIMI. Just seeing her there makes me feel awkward.
