Before I shop at a store I always read the reviews for the businesses history. As I read through the reviews I see a lot of comments mentioning how the store is overpriced and how a kid didn’t get called back for an interview or how their return policy is bad.

Although the prices could get a little steep in request the store is not for people who want to penny pinch on sneaker and apparel it’s for people who don’t mind spending money on SOUGHT after sneaker and clothes that you can’t just get anywhere. They have a variety of rare sneakers and clothes and frankly that comes with a price tag.

Stores are also allowed to enforce their own return policy so if so whatever reason you guys are mad about a return or refund maybe read signs in the store that clearly state all sales are final before making a big purchase. Because after you swipe that card it’s 100% your item and your problem, unless it’s defective or inauthentic then I feel they should be responsible.

At the end of the day it’s a business and and they have to make money to stay open for the people who don’t mind shopping here and...

PLEASE READ!!!! It’s almost been a full month. I been waiting since August 10th to receive a pair of sneakers. Their in store availability is not accurate AT ALL. I went in thinking it would be an easy in and out. The worker BARELY acknowledged your existence. I waited a good 30 minutes until I any type of assistance. I know that was extremely stupid but I was in a need for back to school shoes. As I finally got help from a work, they took 30-45 minutes in the back room just to tell me they didn’t have my size. Finally, my mom decides to order the shoes online. I wish she would have told me before she did because goat or StockX would have ship it faster. I just need shoes for the next day at school. I been emailing them ever since trying to get a tracking number. I have yet to receive one. I’m tired of holding my peace and I want everyone to be aware before they decide...

Their pricing is trash 🚮. be prepared to spend 3X the sneakers price. you might as well go to eBay since they’re authenticating sneakers now and eBay prices are way cheaper. Also, they have nothing but little kids working there that know little to nothing about the sneakers you are purchasing. I went in there with high expectations but once I asked for the sneaker I wanted and then the price jumped up $50 from the original website price (keep in mind i live in the city so it only took me 15 minutes to get there) and the kid keep running back and forth asking about prices and knew little to nothing about the sneaker i was purchasing was very disappointing. $130 sandy Boedecker’s for $375 🤧 (ebays 😂) bro I’m wearing these right now bc that’s what you do!!!
