Really enjoyed this store over the years and spent quite a bit of money there buying clothing and Yeti coolers, but had a really bad experience there recently and will spend my money elsewhere. My wife bought me what looked like a really nice throwing axe from there for my birthday. I threw it twice at my stump target, stuck them perfectly and on the third throw the handle hit the target and split in half. I could understand after 100 or so throws something happens but 3rd throw and it splits in half??!! My wife tried to exchange it as it was obviously defective and was told “we’re not responsible how your husband throws an axe, just replace the handle.” Unbelievable, I’m local, no wonder people turn to...

To be honest I really enjoyed gardenswartz and their sales, however over the last five visits that we have had, I have stood at the counter for over five minutes looking to purchase a shotgun I walked out every single time without a single person asking me if they could help me. They seem to have more important things to do but showing pictures on their phone was people standing at the counter not looking at a single thing. Although I did not purchase anything on this vist ( out of state resident no room for new toys) , I have to say this visit is the most "welcome" I've ever felt in a retail store. The man I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very friendly, not pushy or "to busy to talk" and helped me choose my next rifle, a rifle for my 6 year old daughter and found me the knife I've been looking for for several years .
