The ladies working here are awesome, super friendly and conversationally upbeat. I had come into the store needing to repair a chain necklace that I had broke. Abbie, the lady who could do the repair had just stepped away with the morning bank deposit...I was in no hurry and she was to return in about 15 minutes so I decided to wait. I was having a great conversation with the other lady here (unfortunately didn't catch her name). While I was waiting, I sorted thru some faceted gemstones I saw in the display case...some beautiful moonstone and labradorite. Abbie returned and was able to affix a new clasp for my necklace no problem. In the meantime, I had found two perfect pear faceted labradorite stones that I couldn't pass up and asked Abbie if she could make them into earrings...again, no problem. I now have a beautiful pair of hand selected, handmade custom Labradorite earrings to give to my beautiful mother. I stopped in for the first time with an old beaded necklace, I loved the beads but the style didn’t suit me. Thanks to Abbi, within a weeks time, I left with all the skills (from the beading class), tools and supplies I needed to re-make the necklace into something I would would cherish and a new hobby! Abbi is an excellent teacher and so very helpful. The other girls I spoke to briefly were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as well. Unfortunately does not care about locals. I have shopped here for the last 32 years. The one and only time I tried to return some things that were for a project (I had a receipt) that took a different direction the owner would not at all no Store credit or otherwise even though I had paid cash. Sad that Neither I nor my family nor any friend I have influence over will ever go back there again. If you’re going to sell product stand behind them. If you’re going to sell locals stand behind local. Walmart is a better choice for crafting supply’s. They will stand behind...
