Kpop Nara — Local services in East Rutherford

I love that this shop is conveniently located in the American Dream Mall, making it easy to reach by car—especially for those who prefer not to venture into NYC. While I’m not as into Kpop as I once was, my niece is a huge fan, and she absolutely adores this store! During our visit, she was thrilled to grab everything she wanted and even scored some freebies.

As for me, I really appreciate their selection of stationery. I’ve picked up some stickers and washi tape here a few times, and they’ve been great additions to my collection.

LOCATION KPop Nara is on level 1, right by Parking Deck A, and conveniently located next to the Hmart Eatery Food Hall.

PRICES The prices are on the higher side, but I’ve found the quality justifies the cost. After doing a bit of research, I discovered that the items here are priced similarly to what you’d pay in Korea or online.

Initially, I was a bit taken aback by the stationery prices, but after realizing these are authentic, high-quality products—not the wholesale goods you’d find on sites like Temu—it made more sense. Plus, when you factor in the shipping fees for online purchases, this shop is actually a great deal!

While the prices might not be for everyone, it’s a treat to get premium stickers and adorable washi tape for my scrapbooking without the hassle of online ordering.

OVERALL If you’re a fan, you’ll absolutely love this place. The stationery section is small but well-curated, and though it’s a bit pricey, the quality makes it worthwhile. First time ever visiting KpopNara at American dream and I have to be honest and say that it didn’t meet expectations. It’s a shame what happened with the stray kids event. I was really looking forward to it and I’m still pretty upset. Everything was already sold out :(

I’ve seen other events on their insta with other groups and it makes me wonder why it seems so much fun. They have giveaways, photo ops, and a bunch of other things for those groups but nothing for skz.

Also the workers weren’t even enthusiastic at all, no welcoming smiles or approach. I went up and asked if they still had any chocolate coins and I was met by a blank expression and told it’s sold out. I suggest putting workers who actually like skz to be put on shift to brighten up the mood...

Very limited stock on new releases, especially ones in high demand. It would be appreciated if comments about stock could be responded to on insta. I travel a couple of hours away from home to visit adm just for new releases since I don’t have any kpop stores near me.
