Unfortunately we have received really poor customer service and I would not recommend them. We entered the store in search for a hightop table and 4 stools. Pat the owner, redirected us away from the table we saw and wanted to one located by the door. I told him we are a family a 9 when the grandkids are included but most often 2-3 people. Grandkids live locally so more often than not we need the bigger table. Sold me 4 side chairs and a 42" round table with 4 chairs. We need more seating so called 3 times to order bar height table and stools to accommodate our needs. Never a call back except Denise called to say the table was in. Requested the owner, Pat to call us back and that never happened. Really disappointed in the customer service. People are busy and it is their job to get back to us after 3 attempts. Said they were here to make us happy with our purchase as a family owned business and that was not our experience. Spent $5,000 total and that seemingly meant nothing in the way we were...

I have a small apartment balcony, and I knew going in that my choices of furniture would be limited. The first place I looked DID have some very nice furniture, however, I only needed two chairs and a small table and they were unwilling to “break up” the sets they had in stock. 4-6 months was their estimate to special order what I wanted. When I arrived at Paddy O’Furniture, on the other hand, even though the choice of what I wanted was again limited, they had what I wanted in stock and were EXTREMELY helpful in giving me tips on how to assemble my pieces AND went out of their way to pull the boxes from their stock and help me load it into my car! I even had to go back a week later to ask for some clarification on the assembly and their “assembly expert” dropped what she was doing and gave me the extra hardware and advice I needed. Be very careful dealing with this company. They start out very nice to get the sale. Their showroom is very nice. If your order comes in incorrectly they will not stand behind it. The owner could not have been more awful. I had to jump through hoops to prove to them it was wrong. In the end my husband went to pick the cushions up and said that it was very inapproprate to call me a name and the owner’s response was well your wife was rude so now we are even. Just shocking. There are other places to buy the exact same things in Minneapolis and I hope this review can help you not to go through what we had to go through with this company and...
