My grandmother and I came into the store and the sweetest girl ever helped us! Her name was Maddie and she was so kind to both of us. My grandmother was struggling to find something that would make her look beautiful and Maddie ensured her that anything she tried on would look amazing on her. She also took the time to help us shop around the store. Her customer service and people skills are truly something that made me want to go back. I have had some not so great experiences in this store with careless teenage employees but Maddie truly set such a high standard for the others to follow! She is the reason I will be returning to the store. Days later my grandmother is still talking about how amazing Maddie was!
