I recently had lunch at The Quarterdeck in Edgartown, and it was an absolute delight. The picturesque setting on Memorial Wharf, with views overlooking Chappaquiddick, set the perfect backdrop for a good meal. The Lobster Roll was simple yet bursting with sweet lobster flavor. The succulent chunks of lobster were perfectly dressed, letting the natural sweetness of the seafood shine. It was a true taste of Martha's Vineyard in every bite.
As for the Mozzarella Sticks, they were a crispy, gooey delight. The breading was just right, providing a satisfying crunch that gave way to the warm, melted cheese inside. It was a perfect appetizer to start the meal.
This spot is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor authentic Martha's Vineyard flavors in a charming...
Read moreAte lunch there today, 8/3/20. Had the Lobster roll, should have been called small lobster bun. I’d need to eat 3 to be full, and they aren’t cheap at $18 each. Lobster roll is pretty solid. New England clam chowder is tasty. Clam strips and other fried foods are beyond edible. Tastes like all ingredients are from the frozen section of Restaurant Depot, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that as long as the line cook knows how to prepare those frozen foods. And they do more than an adequate job at it.
I was getting a little bit tired of overpriced and under-portioned meals at the island. And I discovered this place and it...
