One steaming clothes and one unpacking. I rummaged through several racks looking for size..very clearly looking. No one acknowledged me and no one offered to help. I finally left, after 5-8 minute of clearly looking for help.. so don’t blame the internet. You have forced me to go fund what I need so I will go online. I can't say enough about Lauren and her team. Every salesperson goes above and beyond. They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up.
